- Have you ever wondered how many different versions of Ariel there are in LEGO? No? Just me. Ah well, enjoy this jaunt through the history of Ariel in Lego form and my collection of Little Mermaids - different tails, faces, hair molds and skin tones. There's a lot to see, I feel as though Ariel is Disney's most marketed and beloved mermaid princess.
If you've just dropped by, I'm Ellie! Lego is an artistic medium and no matter your building expertise there is something here for everyone. Stick around and I'll build for you while I review new sets and create my own customs (MOCs). I tend to geek out about new pieces, get excited about learning new and interesting building techniques, giggle too much and just generally ramble. I'm easily distracted so things can get a bit hectic, but I'm sure you're down for that.

I like the classic Ariel with minifig hair but with a teal tail. The Disney Jr Ariel should've been a micro doll, but then I guess she wouldn't pose as well. The micro Ariels from the book set might be my favorites, but they're also my only Ariels. I love her 😄 expression.

That's a nice collection of Ariels Ellie. Can you do a new room tour video with alll the new generation sets on display, because the last one was 2 years ago. I would to see how that room has changed with all the new sets. I also want to see which sets have you taken apart

I love classic Ariel obviously and I like the new hairstyle that’s from the Disney junior show but I think that that should’ve been her hairstyle for the wedding dress or something special. Mostly if not only because of the crown lmao

😂 I can’t tell you which isn’t my favourite, the recoil I did when the updated face print version slid in. Next to the other (occasionally slightly deranged) faces, the face print style for the last few years next to it was wacky. It has to be something to do with proportions for it to look so off when put next to the old style face print.
Sigh, I keep saying I’ll get over it someday, but these continual rants suggest I really won’t. #fixTheirFace
1:03 not to be a nerd but that version was from 2019 and the face is wrong and in 2:49 that Ariel was from 2018
