Typically, the UC application opens on Nov 1 and needs to be submitted by Nov 30. They have their own platform: apply.universityofcalifornia.edu/my-application/login .

It's a huge debate in the educational world if removing testing actually helps students or not.
Hi , by the way I just want to know is the university is accepting the students who are having high GPA in 9,10,11,12 standards ? Or (Like will they also calculate college gpa?)
The UCs have their own way of calculating GPA, depending on how you're applying. Are you applying as a first-time student, transfer, or for graduate school?

Typically, programs only look at your undergraduate GPA when you're applying for a Masters.
