PLEASE NOTE if you buy a Nano-tech battery for your Syma X5C CHECK the polarity against your original battery before you connect it. Some of these batteries come with reversed polarities and need to be very carefully changed. DO NOT short the battery terminals together. Remove one terminal using a pointed pair of tweezers or something similar keep it isolated from the other lead and switch the leads in the connector.

Glad to hear it. Just remember don't run the battery down to low 3.3V absolute minimum and keep stored at 3.7 - 3.8V and they last you well.

I use the same batteries, they are good. I fitted the 5 volt step up module and get twice the distance without break up in a large open field with 25 mw, in and around a few trees or near houses I get some unpleasant breakup though. I'm using a little whip linear polarized like yourself. I've just ordered five of those lc filters and will fit one, it can't do any harm though it's a cloverleaf I need to fit I think for the trees lol.
I fly a little fy 326 q7 quadcopter fpv, they fly great once you do the aerial mod on both tx and rx and they come with 8520 motors as standard ( syma x5c copy ) £16.00 on ebay.
Enjoyed the video, nice flying also.

I just check out the fy 326 q7. Syma made a good little quad for copying.

I can find exactly one eBay listing for FY326 Q7 and it is $30 + $18

The seller I got mine from is sold out, I went looking and could only find one on ebay for £22.99 with free delivery and this one on gearbest for £20.01 though From memory they charge some delivery.
      www.gearbest.com/FY326-4-Channel-2.4GHz-RC-Quadcopter-_gear/
      or ebay with free delivery
      www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FY326-Q7-4-Channel-2-4GHz-RC-Quadcopter-360-Flip-Fly-100M/132154261365?hash=item1ec501ff75:g:04sAAOSwhvFZCN4l
This was good at the £16.00 price but there are better options now and even a syma x5c can be found quite cheaply.
I think after Christmas there may be better options and it may be better to wait.
My favourite toy grade quad that can take a camera and larger batteries, has power with great control is my jjrc 1000, cheap as chips on it's own and with controller here
      www.gearbest.com/rc-quadcopters/pp_165868.html
      Hope this helps.
      Oh, I just found this...

Good for the price I guess.

I love the FY326 Q7, I prefer the plastic it uses over the Syma. I put tri blade props on and leave the landing gear off. I think its really smooth. I just can't figure out how to bind it to the multi protocol module. Have an awesome new year!

Lol, I have a Jumper T8SG Multi-Protocol and can't get it bound yet to that ha, don't matter though because I like the little controller that comes with it after the aerial mod is done.
Have an awesome new year also. I'm looking forward to better weather, it's been pretty dismal here in North of Ireland.

when 1 motor dies in x5c do u change all remaining 3 as well or replace just that one?

    • @Elecifun
      @Elecifun  6 ปีที่แล้ว

Just replace the one that is faulty. It's a great quad for indoors and outdoor low wind days ; )

I just bought this battery stuck it in my symax5c and my drone started to smock, Is this because I need to fit all the parts in or is it a faulty battery, I,m still waiting for the 72 Channel Video Transmitter to arrive so i decided to do a time test of the stock battery and the Nanotech 750mah battery. When i put the Nanotech battery in the syma it was turned off but yet the propellers started to move then the smock, lucky I did not damage the drone. Please reply as these parts will be no good for me as I,m not very good with electronics. Thanks

Oh dear that is not good. Sally please check the polarity of the battery against one of your existing batteries, sometimes these are sent out with the polarities crossed. Not all are like that but some are.
