sir i own a 2016 1.6 Verna petrol, it is highly refined but the mileage I get is rubbish. in city I get about 8-8.5 kmpl and 6-7.5 if I'm enjoying myself. the max mileage my car can give on a highway is 13.5 - 14 kmpl with 100 km/h max speed. So if mileage is your concern, go for diesel

I think there is no problem in getting a BS6 phase two compliant diesel right? You can probably go for an Altroz diesel or a Nexon diesel but their service is a hit or a miss. I have seen people getting 25+ in Altroz which definitely makes a case for itself.
Bro if you are looking for new car then don't go for diesel car. Even i want to buy new car and i will choose petrol car. If you looking for used car then both i20 and swift are gooe but what if owner of the car used it very roughly? So be aware and buy cautiously. I own 1.4 d i20 2019 model and 2016 creta 1.6 diesel I am getting 16-17 in highway from creta and around 20-21 from i20 in highway In city creta only 9-10 and i20 11-12 Its ok but not that good I am not a light foot driver
Bhai i20 a jo chala rahe ho ek no car hai nayi i20 se bhi mere paas 2018 model hai diesel asta (o) bahut mast gadi hai petrol i20 me jaan nai hai , better aap isko mat becho naya car lo aap lekin isse na becho aur petrol cars 10-12 deti hai sirf Baleno petrol hai petrol par mileage ki ummid mat karo ham baleno se jyada i20 use karte hai chalane me bhi maja aata hai aur mileage bhi acha hai
