    great vidio sir, but i have a question. Does this apply to all types of oil and surfactants? Because the properties of oils are different, so are the surfactants. What parameters are used to select surfactants when mixing.

    during preparation we use in % or in ml? if in ml, should we fixed the total surfactant concentration right?

    In the case of Smedds when you select 4 points...as per its transparency...same this only points should be used in ternary phase diagram??

    Please clarify two doubts
    1. We have to take the mL of water at which turbidity is visualize or a point before the turbidity appears for the pseudoternary phase diagram.
    2. While taking smix let say 1:1 they have to be prepared separately then added into the oil or we can add first surfactant and then co-s-surfactant

      1) Theoretically, it should be just before turbidity appear.
      2) First prepare Smix (so three phase: Oil, SMix and Water) for pseudo ternary graph

      For eg. If my system becomes turbid at 1:2.3 and remains turbid throughout 1:0.11 then in that case what to do

      I have converted values of oil, surfactant and water into percentages. value multiplied by 100 divided by total volume (three column)

    Sir, in case of pseudo ternary phase diagram for microemulsion, how to select the point in shaded region.

      Sir, In shaded region points should be selected as per your need. If you need higher amount of oil to load maximum drug than select point with maximum oil. If you need to focus globule size and stability then select point with higher amt of surfactants. You may also employ DoE for selected region.

      In SMEDDS It is expected to self emulsion formation when patients consume it with a glass of water. So in SMEDDS only diluting with water.

      You need to find by preparing pseudo ternary phase diagram. That's what this video for.
