- Country Legend Charlie Daniels' grave has been vandalized. Charlie Daniels passed away almost 2 years ago on July 6th of 2020. Charlie Daniels was laid to rest in Mount Juliet, Tennessee and now his gravesite has been vandalized, along with theft.

As angry as this foul act against such a great man makes me, my immediate first thought was this:
Charlie Daniels was a man of The Lord. I believe he would remind us that our Savior Jesus Christ calls on us to forgive those who wrong us (and, by extension, those who are among us), and that vengeance belongs to The Lord.
I hope y'all might join me in praying for those who have done this, that they would repent of their foul ways and give their lives to Jesus Christ the King.

It’s been almost 45 years since Elvis went to sleep, rest in pease. They had to remove his casket, from a valet crypt in a public cemetery and take him to Graceland. FBI had picked up chatter that his body was being planned to be stolen, and held for a one million dollar ransom.
Cathy Cash told me her fathers grave there in Tennessee, off Johnny Cash Parkway, the mortuary had to replace the grass that covered her dad and Valery (June) Carter three time in the first year, due to damage of people walking over/ on their graves. I was taught to honor the dead, never tromp over their grave. Walk around and stay close the the area that should have their feet location. Stand seven feet away from any headstone as you read it. Cemetery edicate manners.
It's truly sad and disgusting that some people have no home training!!!

My older brother met him at his eagles club. If I remember correctly it was 3-5 years ago. I could have met him too but I was at work

Well it's kinda sad that ppl do things although I don't think this was what the description alluded to. Another thought..He was a Christian man. To be absent from the body(dead) is to be present with the Lord( living in spirit still as we speak) I don't think he could care less what happens to that old flesh skin suit. He's not there. However, be respectful of his headstone if you have to go there.

Vandalism - Permanent Defacing of property. Property is the plot and there is damage from the removal of tree as well as defacing the marker. It’s vandalism bub. Plots are also very expensive. The family now has to wear that burden. But, I see you don’t give a damn.
