That's actually a plane meant to raid countries by going invisible in sunlight and bomb them. But if you can't see the plane then ur the target.

Technically, it is kinda a rework, since brawler (if im correct) existed as far back as frost invasion, but was scrapped due to being a boring concept, but later was reworked fully and released to the public
