Qlik Set Analysis (Syntax Update and new features)

Set analysis is one of the more powerful tools you can use in Qlik Sense and QlikView. Its syntax is sometimes perceived as complicated, but once you learn it, you can achieve fantastic things. There is now an additional way of writing the Set expression, that may simplify your code.
This video will cover new functionality and my thought on how to best use it combined with Master Measures and condition-Variable.
Set analysis allows users to compare different sets of data (comparison analysis), without the use of complicated scripting or creating very complex expressions in the chart objects.

Can we still write in the old way? Lets just say we upgrade from an older version... Does that mean we have to redo all the previous set analysis variables to the new way?

Old syntax is still valid. This is just a new addition. You can write conditions in combination like one condition outside. One inside.
