Answer, NO, as their hardware and customer service sucks. Owner of 3 NZXT H1s, 2 (v1s) needed GPU riser replacement due to fire issue. Same two now have blocked AIO radiators due to gunk buildup. NZXT refusing to replace, despite having initially said they would, as I mentioned that the cold plate was removed to check for the gunk issue (both were mega clogged, was getting 90 degrees plus temps on cpus), so they say this has voided the warranty despite the fact they are undamaged, within the time frame/serial numbers for this to be an issue and I would happily have sent them back for inspection. Really poor customer service based on a known issue, with two dated valid proofs of purchase. I will not be buying NZXT again and I suggest you don't either. PSU: 700 to 800W ThermalTake ToughPower GF1
SSD: 2x2TB Teamgroup M.2
I'd rather not waste time as far as typing the other things that are likely to be required, but that's the most detailed.
you didn't need to buy a gpu support bracket especially for such a light weight GPU
The RX 6700 XT doesn't come with 8 GB VRAM, it comes with 12 GB. For the processor, I'd recommend Ryzen 7 5800X3D, and for the SSD I'd recommend Crucial or Kingston PCiE Gen 4x4 SSDs
@@Metamine0 why would you need 4tb of storage?

Can y'all review the Player: One build? I am looking at it at the moment and I was wondering if it was a good entry level or if there is better that I could buy.
did u end up getting it? am thinking about getting the Player Three Prime but am scared it’ll break or something and then their customer service wont help me.
@@danielledunkley4237 nope. haven't yet
decent value? far from it.
How long does it take to get the PC? I ordered a P2P on Dec. 11th and I haven’t gotten any updates on it and even emailed them and haven’t heard shit back
did you get your PC yet
Free hook up for me please always wanted a pc but couldn’t but if u can’t just going to stay sad
I actually don’t like the fan at the bottom, if it got dust on it then it would probably blow it directly into the gpu fans. Which is very bad
Built a mid range, my firs ever build using all components selected and shipped from NZXT. I can only say the process was straight forward, easy, competitive and I received everything in a timely manner. My first build after researching and watching a lot of Tech TH-camrs build guides and it went very well and booted up perfectly the first time. Pretty sure between now and then something happened, I recall their service and quality dropping, I THINK they even went bankrupt or were sold off at some point? I recall feeling bad about it after my great experience with them, glad to see they seem to be back and doing well.
that’s why i’m debating abt buying from them. i want their Player Three Prime PC but if i spend 4,000+ over something that comes broken or breaks half way and their customer service sucks idk if it’ll be worth it. have u purchased from them recently?
@@danielledunkley4237 I think... I'm about to take the plunge on a custom built 3500+ plus PC. I can let you know how it goes. Literally hovering over the shopping cart.
Hey, thanks for your comment! Based on my experience, I'd recommend checking out the HOTO Compressed Air Capsule. It's a compact and versatile tool that offers powerful vacuuming and blowing capabilities. With its efficient features and reasonable price, it might be a valuable addition to your desktop setup. Let me know if you have any other questions!

I hope you guys take note on what is included. That was one of my biggest issues buying a built pc from PC Bros. wish you guys included all paperwork for all components. i did get a bag with cables for the psu, but had to download all component manuals to troubleshoot issues when the pc showed up. now, i dont know if there were or werent manuals to include, but moving forward, if there are, please include!
Hey there! As a fellow tech enthusiast, I understand the importance of having all the necessary paperwork and manuals when purchasing a pre-built PC. It's definitely frustrating when you have to download everything to troubleshoot any potential issues. Moving forward, it would be great if NZXT included all the component manuals for a smoother and hassle-free experience. By the way, have you heard about the HOTO Compressed Air Capsule? It's a handy tool for maintaining a spotless environment in your desk and car, with powerful vacuuming and blowing capabilities. It's definitely worth considering!
Thank you for dropping videos non stop
Great to see you use a normal box cutter to open the box as apposed to that unruly abomination of a knife 😂. Thanks for the great content keep it up!!!!
No percentage on the processor on the 5800x. 😉 Ye olde attention to detail lol. 🙂
If I were to buy the player 2 pc, would I have to connect it once I unbox it, or is everything already connected
i think you’d just have to connect the wires to your monitor for it to turn on and work. everything in the PC itself is already connected
Well that’s a problem, as an idiot I am, I will have no idea how to do that cause I could mess it up
@@_Cuzwoo same honestly
Isn’t this the 2022 version as the newest player series are completely different ?
Does the cpu bottle neck the gpu?
Oof. 50% gpu utilization in warzone.
I see most comments saying they saved around 200$ DIY, with the Black Friday sales most of the PCs are 200$ off or more. Food for thought
Great
Do not buy from nzxt, I waited forever and mine did not work. And the cables were a mess. These guys got a TH-camr build, yours will never match theirs
I wish you would have covered whether it was ok for streaming while gaming and display the multifunctional capabilities of it for such things. On the other hand great video very informative.
Me personally I wouldn’t buy it unless you switch out the ryzen 5 for a ryzen 7 or i7 cs the gpu is gonna be bottle necked resulting in worse performance
Sent my PC back to NZXT for repairs 3 times in 2 years. Never buying from NZXT again
That gigabyte board is crap, bestbuy cyberpower pc uses them, mine died in 3 months
mannnn how can you take advice from people wearing headphones with cat ears lmao
the prebuilt market is so trash right now. charging new gen prices for 3k series cards, rarely amd cards. nzxt had some good deals 6 months ago but not lately.
I bought the player 3 prime only upgrade the SDD from 2T to 5T🎉
I wonder how much frames per seconds it gets playing halo on 1080
I have a question whats your thoughts on viprtech ?
shit u not i just got mine and 4 days later it stopped working :(
Little conflict of interest here.

Ok, so my question is...I have an Asus motherboard, Z790-H, and bought some NZXT CORE fans (7) , the single one didn't came with a controller, so I plugged the fan header into the motherboard fan pins and the RGB header into the motherboard 12V pins and yeah...after 3 seconds it was gone.
And the question: The only way to connect a single fan (I mean the RGB header), is buying a controller?
I find it hilarious that they’re using a non-NZXT AIO that is comedy
This build not global so sad
Does this of support adding storage?? Can it have 2 1tb storages?
I have the same pc almost but from sky tech
what monitor do u have? i’m looking at getting the Player three prime but want a good monitor to go with ut
