The point to have aligned/agreed goals is so important, people get upset, frustrated or angry quick from their expectations to others and if those aren't met. If you talk about it beforehand then it saves a lot of stress. There are a lot of different goals one can have even when going into the most competitive places, glad you brought that up :D
In Kraków Lider was in middle bc gem don't work with team events so only Lider had a event in gem.
