3:12 - You need to make sure to step on TNT's .
3:19 - You need to get the boxes between the missiles
6:40 - You need to get that box that's only visible on the reflection.
that's pretty much it

You probably missed those boxes in the beginning of the level, that same happened to me

William Hansen, because you have to reach it without dying once. If you die it disappear.
