Snuff -Corey Taylor live Ronnie is a very divisive character for sure. When he came out of prison, his first album was basically a middle finger to the band that dropped him. Kids picked sides. Ah those were the days.
I love this version better than original he did 9 years ago. You can very much tell that he has had voice lessons between the two versions. Plus it takes real talent to use the exact same lyrics and yet completely change the meaning of the song with the emotion and passion he adds to the piece. Its a truly incredible performance.
Ronnie has said that when they recorded their first album he had just gotten out of prison, and in prison he couldn't practice singing (as you would expect) so he wasn't happy with his original performance of The Drug In Me Is You. I'm glad they did this song justice because it is a really good song. I still enjoy the original but this version is on another level. You should check out the original for contrast, they more or less invented the "scene" music thing and it definitely reflects that
I think the craziest part about him is that he writes like 95% of everything in his music. From the songs, lyrics and music to video shooting. He directs all of it. The dude is so multi talented.

gotta say it's very sad that u hadn't listened to the original before listening to this one since it shows just how much better ronnie has become as both a singer and artist but also as a person. i think music is what shows your true nature, the energy in a song show just how much you feel for something. aswell as how you as a preson really feel for yourself since most bad things happen to you because you dont like yourself. what i get from the song is reminiscens of everything he has been through. he writes all the lyrics himself btw and in the song "drugs" he says "i'm not here for your apology. i'm here to thank you. i'm here to thank you for never being there for me because it made me the person i am today and without that i wouldn't know where i'd be." this lyric has really stuck with me. meaning sure you had a rough life but you wouldn't have it any other way, since you know who you are today. meaning you dont regret something you did becuase if it had changed you wouldn't even know if you were alive today. that has such a strong meaning and that has helped me and probably alot more people. I really love how bright ronnie is today :D sorry for long comment :D
Ronnie is actually a great guy now, he’s turned his kid around completely. He also sings, writes and produces literally everything by himself, aside from like his band members that do their thing

I need more music with this feel and tone and ballad like music, this is amazing but so hard to find similar
Snuff -Corey Taylor live
Ronnie is a very divisive character for sure. When he came out of prison, his first album was basically a middle finger to the band that dropped him. Kids picked sides. Ah those were the days.
Damn I miss those days. The scene was so amazing.
I love this version better than original he did 9 years ago. You can very much tell that he has had voice lessons between the two versions. Plus it takes real talent to use the exact same lyrics and yet completely change the meaning of the song with the emotion and passion he adds to the piece. Its a truly incredible performance.
I wish there was a reaction of her googling Ronnie. Just
-_- o_o -_- o_o -_- ....O_O
Lmao
Ronnie, Ronnie, Ronnie yet again you took me to a dark place. Lost love, self-doubt, anger, denial, and regret. Michal Towber you have a beautiful voice (instrument) thank you for sharing your gift with us.
Ronnie is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. That man is amazing
All I got to say is this song is beautiful. I love it. First time ever wathing you react your voice is super beautiful. Would love to see more videos also again I don't know you but hope you have music videos. Beautiful voice
Excellent song
your voice is amazing, you should cover the song
Thank you so much. That would be a fun challenge!
If you did an individual review on his recent trilogy and finally the epic popular monster, your followers would probably quadruple lol. Ronnie is the man and his unique style/story attracts so much attention online. He is ranked like 5th highest for twitch subscribers and he just started streaming there a few months ago 😳
Great review by the way! You really cover the bases with your breakdowns!
Amazing song but it's a 'reimagined' version of their song 'The Drug In Me Is You' from about 11 years ago, this transcends the original for me
Absolutely magnificent reaction. Instant sub.💯🆒💯❤💃👏👏
gotta say it's very sad that u hadn't listened to the original before listening to this one since it shows just how much better ronnie has become as both a singer and artist but also as a person. i think music is what shows your true nature, the energy in a song show just how much you feel for something. aswell as how you as a preson really feel for yourself since most bad things happen to you because you dont like yourself. what i get from the song is reminiscens of everything he has been through. he writes all the lyrics himself btw and in the song "drugs" he says
"i'm not here for your apology. i'm here to thank you. i'm here to thank you for never being there for me because it made me the person i am today and without that i wouldn't know where i'd be."
this lyric has really stuck with me. meaning sure you had a rough life but you wouldn't have it any other way, since you know who you are today. meaning you dont regret something you did becuase if it had changed you wouldn't even know if you were alive today. that has such a strong meaning and that has helped me and probably alot more people. I really love how bright ronnie is today :D
sorry for long comment :D
Michal: It’s like a lullaby but with anger and DEVASTATION // Me: TO UNITE ALL PEOPLES WITHIN OUR NATION, TO DENOUNCE THE EVILS OF TRUTH AND LOVE....
I appreciate this
His live version is amazing also.
I really like the way you dont pause and interrupt the video. Nice review nice points
This version of the song makes me cry😭
I would really love to get your opinion on a song called big bad wolf from in this moment. I'm interested to get a vocal coach's take on her voice
She can be sad, impressed, or whatever emocional stuff, SHE IS ALWAYS KINDA SMILING! Creeps the hell out of me
Wow I love that version
I love this song. nice review :)
Ronnie is actually a great guy now, he’s turned his kid around completely. He also sings, writes and produces literally everything by himself, aside from like his band members that do their thing
Without looking through your entire library of reactions, have you done
Jinjer “Pisces” the live session?
I have! Very impressive sound.
A lullaby with passion
You have to do the trilogy next! You'll get to see his struggles and his wide range
Such a nice Video. I'm a bit sad to don't understand everything (need to improve my english) but for most of what i understood, it was a nice analyze of this gorgeous song.
You have to listen to the original version now
You should do a cover of this song!
A Dance Gavin Dance reaction would be awesome. Tilian is so underrated.
Think i found a new favorite reaction channel :)
Hi there ! I love your vids and I would love you to react to more little mix as you reacted to them a while ago. Some suggestions are “the cure” live on the LM5 tour or “power” jingle bell ball 2018 ❤️
Honestly, I came here expecting a reaction, and left knowing a facinating story AND the reaction. Not to mention the analysis of the song itself. I'm definetly sticking to the channel, could spend hours listening to all your knowledge!
Thanks so much
5:35 you're wellcome...
MORE FALLING IN REVERSE VIDEOS!
The girl in the video is the girl that was on his first album and her catching on fire is him burning his past. Even he admits that his earlier sound wasnt great.
Please react to So-Hyang's, highly praised by many vocal coaches
