    Hello !
Do you ever had the problem that at a certain speed (350m+) the boxes in the delivery stopped moving and there was a stop? The HHS system often displays "Tracking distance too small" or "Box distance too small". However, it does not help me to drive at high speeds (400m+) but the distance between the boxes is too large so that I can also drive at 200m but with a smaller distance .
example: straight line. Length control by nozzle on the points where the gauge is in the insert.
I used google translate so dont judge me if there are some mistakes !

140k an hour is insane. We are usually running at 10-20k depending on carton. However, we are packaging them by hand.

Yeah. It’s alright on long runners and cheap cartons that the customer doesn’t care if there’s marks and ink burned off the fronts of the cartons from feed gauges and delivery. If that does matter, then we are running slower.

That's the only way to make any money with st food boxes. High volume tight margins.
