I lost over 200 pounds on my own, no surgery. One thing I've learned is that people's insults do nothing to help. What helps is getting out and being happy. Edit: This used to be my dad's channel. He has since given it over to me. This was his comment. He says thanks for all the love!
I lost 80 at 15. When school ended in March of 2020 I was 250 and when school started up again in March of 2021, I was 170. All my friends were impressed.
I’m a special case in terms of physique I used to be fat. In late 2020 my sister had her engagement and I weighed 70 kilos I looked fat But one year later in 2021 I gained 20 kilos and became 90 kilos but I got slimmer.
Not really but I guess I understand the intent of the attempted analogy Shaming someone to be fat at a public gym is like shaming someone for being sick at a hospital - they’re both their for because they’re trying to get better which makes the analogy logically consistent. Do you see why your analogy doesn’t work?
It’s a shame that some people feel the need to stick their nose in others business and criticise them without knowing the full story even if it is sometimes because of their own insecurities. Great video dhar it really sheds light on the subject 🙏

I like the lesson here about not judging and shaming people for their physical appearance but having weight loss surgery is not “an easy way out”. Weight loss surgery is only a tool to loose weight, but people still have to put in all the hard work to become healthier and deal with many other issues that come up.

Lessons learned: Never judge a book by its cover and encourage people in a good way. Watching this video made me realize that there is a difference between encouraging people and insulting them because of whatever reasons. Hoping that this video would spread kindness to other people. I also loved the acting of the girl who is being rude to a fellow woman she's funny. Thanks for this Dhar and more inspirational videos to look out for.
One thing ive learned about losing weight is that people definitely treat u a whole lot different then before which is really ridiculous nobody should have to be skinny just to be treated with respect

Talk to the next generation about the real economic challenges they face. We didn’t have to deal with what they’re dealing with now. Life is a lot harder for young people than it was for us growing up. You can’t “live and let live” or “adjust” very well when you’re under economic assault by your own government.

I don’t know if you’ll see this but, I have a video idea that was inspired from real life. My brother always takes bypasses restrictions on his laptop and plays games. Can you maybe do a video of why you shouldn’t bypass restrictions online and why you should always agree with your parents restrictions if you because that helps you keep safe, please.

There is a huge difference in encouraging people to lose weight and body shaming them! It is hard for some people to loose weight! People should not judge anyone who is overweight because some people's medicines can cause weight gain!! This video is a good example of this! Really enjoyed the video!
Just a general tip for everyone out there: Feel free to ask someone built or something for tips on loosing weight or to get bigger because they will not judge you as at one point they were you.
This was good. It’s realistic. This taught a great lesson. I used to be extremely overweight and got all the looks and stares. I actually lost 35 pounds but you never forget what you used to look like

Although I did have weight loss surgery, it's definitely not easy. Now past that... regardless of how heavy a person is or how thin a person is, absolutely no one has the right to say a word to them. It hurts. After my surgery, I got down to my target weight and had to diet daily to maintain it. Then I began battling an illness and started losing a lot of weight and became underweight. I was struggling to gain weight. Even though when I was fat no one said a word to me about my weight, but when I became too skinny, the amount of people who thought it was perfectly fine to point it out was unbelievable. What I am saying is we should accept people for who they are, not how they look. I think we know how we look when we look in the mirror. As for the person attacking, she was just being hateful and hurtful.

I really love this video. It shows that nobody deserve to be fat shame just because of their size or how much they ate. Besides, it is an "All You Can Eat" buffet so people have a right to eat as much as they want to. In fact, I love places with buffets like that; I could eat as much as I want to and doesn't cost anything on seconds of food. If I ever being fat shamed, I'd simply just ignore it, move on, and say nothing.

Just a general tip for everyone out there: Feel free to ask someone built or something for tips on loosing weight or to get bigger because they will not judge you as at one point they were you.
This was good. It’s realistic. This taught a great lesson. I used to be extremely overweight and got all the looks and stares. I actually lost 35 pounds but you never forget what you used to look like

Although I did have weight loss surgery, it's definitely not easy. Now past that... regardless of how heavy a person is or how thin a person is, absolutely no one has the right to say a word to them. It hurts. After my surgery, I got down to my target weight and had to diet daily to maintain it. Then I began battling an illness and started losing a lot of weight and became underweight. I was struggling to gain weight. Even though when I was fat no one said a word to me about my weight, but when I became too skinny, the amount of people who thought it was perfectly fine to point it out was unbelievable. What I am saying is we should accept people for who they are, not how they look. I think we know how we look when we look in the mirror. As for the person attacking, she was just being hateful and hurtful.
Moral of the story: You Should never judge someone before you get to know them and don't know what someone's going through. Still great life lesson video Dhar Mann! Keep it up!

I really love this video. It shows that nobody deserve to be fat shame just because of their size or how much they ate. Besides, it is an "All You Can Eat" buffet so people have a right to eat as much as they want to. In fact, I love places with buffets like that; I could eat as much as I want to and doesn't cost anything on seconds of food. If I ever being fat shamed, I'd simply just ignore it, move on, and say nothing.
