The university requirements using state that courses related to Computer Science, how can I know which courses are related to Computer Sciences. Like for example I have a course Digital Signal Processing does that qualify as a CS Course. I am a Computer Engineer.

A credit hour is basically a unit of measurement used to show the amount of learning time needed to complete a particular course. You should consult to your college, they will probably tell you the total credit hours of your overall degree. But you need to convert it to ECTS if you are planning to apply to any EU-based university.
How to show this to German Universities officially that we have enough ECTS after we did the conversion as per your method. Like what sort of documentation we need to show to proof that the calculation is official.
