unfortunately if someone recommends and considers tumbok and perimeter lots (the worse of the 2 kinds of perimeter where the wall of the village is on your lot) as "prime/primest" and even "below market value" , then they either don't know much about real estate or will just about say anything to make a sale. no offense but i suggest looking for realtors you really trust that will take care of you
Brother, I was mistaken thinking these reopened lots are being sold at a reduced price. Hindi pala. If these prices are below market value, what is the going market value these days? Would the developer offer a discount on full cash payment? If so, how much of a discount? Thank you.
