I had exact same problem with my late car, normal car, but it was an old car, it was the sensor for me, and wiring for sensor, replaced it, but sometimes it came back on as said it was wiring problem, but nothing serious, only in traffics, it worked fine until I sold it, came up only sometime in traffics when car was hot
I have never been as emotionally invested to any series as I am to this rebuild of the murcielago. You make things look much easier than they are and take it with a good attitude. Greetings from the Warm Heart of Africa.
This video is a true documentary of what is beneath the surface when you buy "as is", and the shortcuts others take just for performance. Matt and his crew work with honesty. What determination.
So pleased for you and your dad. Yes you still have a lot of work to do, but you have already achieved what others thought was impossible. Such an inspiration to so many and that comes from a 50yr old (never to old to learn from others) congrats 👍🇬🇧
I can't imagine how much fun he'll have driving this. You also have to appreciate the fact he is recording the voiceovers while he's sick just so he can get a video out for us. Keep up the great work, Mat!
Fairplay to you guys, this is amazing. I ran a workshop with my Dad for twenty years. We rebuilt an Aston DBS. This video bought back so many memories. I lost my Dad three years ago, but this reminded me of the good times. All the best for the rest of your journey.
The bond between farther and son is overwhelming and absolutely awesome, the memories you make will last a lifetime, this is something very special we are witnessing… can’t wait till the next one… and then the next one… 😊
Mate the smile on your dad's face from 13min on this video is amazing such a proud moment for both you guys. Absolutely smashing it mate and hard work definitely beats talent
What to do next?? I fitted a new starter motor to my BMW X5 today was not a easy job but I thought hard work beats talent and cracked it on my driveway
The progress you've made on this is wild! I would have lost my marbles by now 😂 Let us know when it's time for some new wheels, tires, and suspension! 🤘
Pull the oil pressure sensor out and put a manual gauge on. But the battery not charging could be linked to the issue. As strange things happen when batteries start dropping volts. Loved the video where you got the engine started! Had the exact smile on my face after a few days of trying to start a M57 in a defender. Top channel!
The battery not charging could be tied to the previous owner crossing the leads when they jumped the car. Charging system may have failed years ago as either an original failure or the result of reversing the polarity. Might need a new regulator and alternator but those part are probably available from some other manufacture.
I just love the pride that you have working with your dad and achieving something and the pride he has seeing what you have achieved. The content is great and I look forward to each episode, your dad being in it keeps it valid for us older guys too. Keep doing what you're doing. I built a greenhouse with my dad this weekend, different I know but great to have the opportunity to work together, but my dad is almost 80.
I totally love how you are doing this rebuild with your dad. Makes me smile and remember the good times I had with mine. Keep doing your thing and I will be here watching and supporting mate!!😊😊
Dude, the production value of the later videos is going through the roof… The storytelling, the narration, the interlacing of the shots and the shots themselves, the background music choices, the informational commentary, even the way you do the sponsor ads… plus the vibes!! 🙌🏻 it’s a whole godd*mn package, Mat. Y’all are so wholesome. This is my favorite series in your channel. Thank you, congrats and keep it up!!!! 🤘🏼
You can tell this whole build means the world to your father. He's a great man. Makes me really wish I had these chances with my father. Unfortunately he passed when I was 12. He was my best friend and my hero. Enjoy every moment you have with your father.
Epic editing to help follow along and understand the process. Wishing you and pops decades more of working together. You guys make a great team. Love to see it!
What an awesome to have done with your dad! Something very special to work side by side on your dream car with your father! I would keep this car forever just with the sentimental value! Keep up the amazing work!
Everyone is rooting for you Matt and your Dad to get this Lamborghini Murcielago back on the road again. In this video you both reached a milestone. Taking the highs and lows as positives. Good luck. 🍀
I don't understand how I can be so happy for each step you achieve... It's like if I was personnalyninvolves in this project! Your motivation is contagious!!!
This series of Mat building this car with his pops is truly fantastic. I don't know Mat from a hole in the wall but you can tell he's a genuinely good guy and loves that father of his very much. Really enjoying watching this over the 99.9% crapola that people put on YT. Great job guys and god bless both of you!
It looks like the pair of you are living the dream. To have your Dad by your side through life must be so special. make the most of it. The car is coming along with little step backs but I am confident the pair of you will crack it and it will be one of the best examples in the world.
This is fantastic. So great to see you and your dad working together on this. I think for your next project you should buy and rebuild your dads dream car then gift it to him when it’s done. Keep up the amazing work. You’re a true inspiration to many.
There's so much content in this 17 minute video I love how you compact your videos with so much in so much less time! Keep it up Matt rooting for you over here in the US! Looking forward to you finishing the GT3 as well! And RS6!
I was a technician at BMW four years in the 1980's. To bleed a clutch like that, just keep pushing the pedal and it will build up pressure and the air will come out by itself since the receiver is higher. It's self bleeding. The procedure after replacing the slave is to open the bleeder until fluid comes out, close, then pump pedal 40 times or so and you should have a full clutch. Keep up the great work, I love your enthusiasm.
I just love Matts enthusiasm and just pure drive and enthusiasm. Hes such a good role model showing no matter who you are or what you know you can learn and progress and really make something of yourself, then your dreams can come true like this Murcielago for Matt.
That moment when you watched ALL of Matt's videos and now you're waiting and hoping that next video will get out soon... Anyways, good job Matt! I really love what you are doing and I hope you will reach all the goals you've set for you and Hannah! Keep up with the great work!
I've lost my old man this year. Seeing you do this awesome project with your dad makes me envy and happy at the same time. I'm so happy for you dude, amazing stuff!
I think you and your dad and your friends all have quite a bit of talent to go along with all that hard work you put in to this one mate. Fantastic job!
A huge shout out Matt to you and your Dad. I will always remember my first time when I got my Murci manual. It's such an amazing car. I must say I cringed when I saw you trying to push the shifter into reverse. The shifter can snap if pressed too hard. Whilst you needed to bleed the clutch you must press down on the shifter and while pressing down it will easily slide into reverse. If your gear box gate is letting you engage reverse without pressing down the shifter there is still a problem. It's designed that way for safety. The gated shift on the forward gears is great but can be a little notchy. You will love the clicking sound as it positively shifts into the gate 😊. I am trying to remember the motul gear oil but there are some good choices to make the shift easier. Will always be somewhat tight at first in extremely cold days. All the best. Looking forward to the final stage after painting
Great to see you and your dad finally going for a spin 😊 As for the oil pressure I'd get a proper mechanics analogue pressure gauge that you can screw into where the oil pressure sensor goes. 14psi at idle isn't an awful lot of pressure and the oil light could either be the ECU using the pressure sensor against a preprogrammed value that turns the light on or it's a separate low pressure switch fitted to the engine but most likely the ECU is calculating if the pressures too low or not. Get the engine up to temp as this is when the oil is thinnest unlike when cold. Also, double check you've put the right grade oil in there. Fingers crossed it's just a bad pressure sensor cos I'd have thought at least 50psi when you rev it would be good pressure and idle pressure should be around 30psi but certainly above 25psi.
Loving this series, can see the real passion and pride you and your Dad share in the hard work and problem solving paying off! I was going to say I'm going to be half sad when it's finally finished, but then I remembered it's a Lamborghini, so this series will be a multi generation thing I reckon and my grandchildren will be asking me how it started... 😂
The way you are so happy about, how you and your Dad did this project together is EPIC !!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so happy for you guys. What an awesome journey this has been.
Wow Mat, the progress on this build still surprises me. A big well done to both you and your father. What made this first drive super special which the smiles on your faces. 😊
Seeing your smile with your dads smile when you started driving out together, is exactly what this whole build is about. Man, keep doing all the awesome content and work you do with the enthusiasm you bring!
You drove it! Yes, that's a huge positive step forward! Go Matt, and Dad. You'll solve the other stuff out. No doubts there! I've really enjoyed the journey of the Murcilago so far as well!
Just because a stock / crypto is going up doesn't mean it's a good investment . just because a stock is going down doesn't mean it's a bad investment. there is more to a stock than just its stock price. An entire company more . focus on the company , not just the stock price or the bitcoin price , I trade and hold profits keep up the great work ! and also Trader Serra Caroliina has been doing a great job reviewing all chart, trade and techniques on BTC which has enhanced the growth of my portfolio to 17 BTC lately..
My thought exactly. The losses of the past have been a major set back for those working without a company guide HODLERS start trading to accumulate more, stop been an ordinary hodler. Trading is the way forward
One important thing when it comes with handling crypto is to trade and not hope on price rising. Bitcoin is the future, investing in it now will be the wisest thing to do especially if you are guided by a professional.

Amazing journey, nice to have people who support you. And nice to have your first ride with your father, any child or father should aspire for that relation! Amazing video of any point of view.
Nice ! Congratulations 🎊 Maybe you can try to check for the correct voltage at the oil pressure sensor, maybe try a different oil pressure sensor and certainly do a pressure check with a gauge, and check for proper oil weight
Really happy to see you have got it up and running. Great work so far. Looking forward to seeing it all finished. You should be really proud of yourself

Didn’t see this just replied with the same logic
Yeah, came here to say this. Low battery/ not charging can cause some funny things.
The battery not charging could be tied to the previous owner crossing the leads when they jumped the car. Charging system may have failed years ago as either an original failure or the result of reversing the polarity. Might need a new regulator and alternator but those part are probably available from some other manufacture.
Yup, wanted to say the same. Make sure the battery and charging system are doing their thing before chasing possibly related issues.
Yep, thinking the alternator has had its day.
