Reminds me of Missing Persons mashed together with Devo and Talking Heads.

They've been around for awhile, a bit of an art rock band, influenced by Mr. Bungle, rocky horror and stuff like that. But this new album has a ton of great songs on it including Graceless, Raindrops of Poison (equally as catchy) and The Mess We've Made. The whole album (also called After Destruction) is really a concept record that works well when listened to all the way through. Singer's name is Sandrushka Petrova
