No government has taken Ghana from HIPC to HIBC(Highly Indebted Bankrupt Country) Ghana is the 3rd country in the world to embark on DDE program and the first in Africa. They have borrowed more money than all the governments put together. To whom much is given, much is expected. If you ve borrowed over 600billion cedis, it is only logic that you will do more than the rest. So it's no news.
