I knelt at my child's, bed a few days after the first time l had asked if the Church was true as directed by these two wonderful loving Elders. As l pulled her covers straight l found Joseph Smith's testimony tract well read and turned back, she was a great reader. I flipped through slowly. A tiny picture representing him kneeling and an appearance of the Father and the Son held my eyes. My heart struck me so surely "this is true". I gasped realising l must now commit to read this Book of Mormon. God spoke to my heart. It has never left me this voice of truth from the God of heaven. I am grateful. 🇬🇧
O how l have loved this brief but beautiful tutorial of how to hearing Him. I love to hear Him. I can bear all things when l have heard the Master's voice. 🇬🇧

While listening to the testimony , I was thinking about my testimony of the Lord Jesus and the scriptures and true prophet on the earth. I gained the foundation of my testimony on my missions as I was still new members in the church. This is why this Church is called The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Just look at the leadership in this church. I am privileged to be a part of this church , Jesus Christ himself. I thank God these men leading the church and also the humble women. They are all needful in the church of Jesus Christ even in these last days is most important. These leaders speak the truth and nothing but the truth. It is up to each of us to Humble ourselves before the Lord so that we can hear Him and hear the inspiration and prompting that comes daily. As long as our minds are open to the scriptures and prayer we can all receive inspiration in our lives. Sometimes you get thoughts and you are told to say something to someone whether your family or friends. Don't ignore the Spirit when it touches your heart and mind because then you miss out on some of the greatest blessings, even the greatest things of life come to you by listening to this great Voice of leadership. The more you walk with the Spirit daily the more inspiration you receive. I could not imagine walking without the Spirit daily, it is so comforting and you know you're not alone. The Lord certainly knows how to feed his sheep with all of the great Heavenly gifts of life. I say this in the name of him who is eager to save you and I our Lord Jesus Christ!
This message today is a voice from Him to me. I now remember and understand how He speaks to me. I wondered if He still speaks to us, If He listens and responds as he does in the scriptures but going through the testimonies of Prophets and Apostles, I know He does speak to them the same way he speaks to me. I have truly heard from him and now I know how to hear Him whenever He speaks.

@@JD-pr1et what’s the difference between a witness of Jesus Christ, and a special witness of Christ, and someone who simply has a testimony and testifies of Christ? Is a special witness of Christ someone who simply has had authority headed down to him? Or has this special witness had a special encounter with Christ outside of an interaction like you and I can have with the Holy Ghost? What is “special”?
@@glycoboy Though members of the Lord's Church are witnesses of Jesus Christ, those who the Lord calls and ordains as apostles in our day (just as in the days of the early Church with Peter, Paul, et al.) are His special witnesses to the world that He lives and guides and directs His Kingdom through continuing revelation through apostles and prophets as He has whenever His Church, Kingdom, and Gospel are on the Earth.
@@JD-pr1et the Lord himself called and “ordained” current apostles? Or were they ordained by other apostles through a priest headline back to Joseph Smith, who was ordained by Jesus Christ? So nothing really special? They just have the same Holy Ghost witness that Jesus is true, as you and I? Why even call them special witnesses if they are just sharing with the Holy Ghost has helped them feel strongly about? It’s no more special than what you can experience apparently. Or is the word special just use because it sounds special because they are apostles.? I can imagine that the apostles in the original church or special witnesses, because they had actually seen Christ, and felt the imprint of the nails in his hands and witnessed firsthand his miracles and Raible, to not rely only on faith, but have an absolute certain confirmation with their own eyes. Those apostles with them go speak to others and tell them about what they had personally had a special witness of. Have the current apostles actually seen Christ? Have they felt the nail prints in his hands? Or is there nothing actually special about there testimony? They’ve just simply had the Holy Ghost testify to them as you have? Why are you not been a special witness?
