Jomtien Pattaya Beach One Way Traffic and Lunch at L' AROMA

A look at Jomtien Beach Road and the one-way system in place while they carry out roadworks. It was a beautiful morning in Jomtien so I stopped at L' Aroma on Beach Road for lunch. I took a quick look at Soi 5 and I also talk about the demolition of a restaurant on Soi 18.
Jomtien is located on the east coast of the Gulf of Thailand about 155 km from Bangkok in the Chonburi Province, Thailand.

We ate there twice last week as I have dietary restrictions and found them a bit healthier than other restaurants. Unfortunately I'll be cooking a lot when we retire there. I found most of the food to be unhealthy but we also didn't have much time to explore other options. Was that the Aeras behind you in the beginning of the video? We were hoping to run into but only made it down that way twice. Our first day we walked down there from the Acqua.

Went down Soi 13 earlier on the Click to be met with a left only turn being enforced. Still not got that kebab yet though - need to wait another week till the western food craving kicks in.

I thought the one way thing was working well early this afternoon. Gonna take a bit. A couple people tried to sneak the other way, but LEO were right on them.
I hope this means baht buses will pick people up further south on 2nd Road as traffic heads towards Pattaya. I currently have to walk quite a way north from Rompo Market before catching them coming up from the bend in Beach Road.
