I can't BELIEVE some comments on here- ie, kids thought Ryan's face was a pizza. This is 2023, diversity. He changed on the outside, not on the inside. He was being polite, friendly and just going about his day, making a living. This is not the error, to 'hide' people with a birth defect, disability etc away, like they used to How would you like it, if in REALITY, this was your son, brother, uncle, etc, and you were sitting in a public place and heard someone say what this lady said about them. People said, in the comments below, ''the customer is always right''- well, not when someone like this lady is being mean due to being uneducated ! Also, she was being a bad role model for these children !

Being a customer doesn’t give you a free pass at being plain rude especially about people’s appearances. Clearly you don’t work in hospitality then, I can tell you now, there have multiple times where customers have been very much in the wrong
