Awesome work. The building is perfectly integrated into the surrounding space, a great idea with a farm. Everything in the house is very cozy and functional. I really liked how the kitchen is made.

What a unique and great idea for an eco-lifestyle build! I never know what to do with the lots in Evergreen Harbor since the residential lots seem a bit dull compared to some of the other worlds.
yes, I don't really like this city either, it could be much more interesting given its theme.
The very last city that I really liked was Brindleton Bay, after which (in my opinion) the cities began to get worse and smaller.

Я тоже от такого дома в жизни не отказалась бы, но сад пришлось бы на другое заменить)

This was such a cool build and an awesome idea using debug houses. I never would have thought of that to fill up space on a larger lot where you don’t need all of the space.

The whole build is so nicely set in the area. Perfectly snug in between the two debug houses. Like how you “dressed” them up so the blend in.
Love the chicken coop in the backyard with the little nests.
Yet again you showing your creativity n out the box thinking working with a tiny space and yet all in perfect working order. Absolutely brilliant planning!! So cute with the juicer placed amongst the planters.
The exterior is so gorgeously done too, well chosen woodwork with lots of windows n still looking interesting n inviting. I would sign up for a house like that instantly 😍

I'm sorry but I don't think they have enough herbs.
I love this build. So bright and sunny despite having "neighbors" (I love the lit up neighbors at night!)
other plants can be grafted onto already growing plants. Then there will be even more herbs. But to do this, you need to take the herbs from the vertical garden and transfer them to the ground, plants can only be grafted on the ground, after that you can return the crossed plant to the vertical garden and collect different herbs from one plant.
@@SIMSTOPIA Oh I didn't know that, about the splicing and vertical gardens (I haven't used the the vertical gardens yet). I was being sarcastic because in the vid it looks like they were all sage and basil and there were so many 😅
@@MjayMuah splicing was added to the game right away, you just need to improve gardening skill so your sim can splicing plants. I also used sage everywhere for a specific reason. Sage is the only plant that grows at any time of year. I had problems with other plants, the sims could plant them, but they wouldn't grow.
This hasn't happened before, so maybe this is another bug that will be fixed, or the problem is my outdated mods that need to be updated. I don't know. So sage grows here😁 and there's also a juicing machine, you can make sage tea for sale in it (you need a level 2 juicing skill for that). I think that growing sage
and then making sage tea for sale is a very cool gameplay idea) 🍵💰

@@SIMSTOPIA I'm sorry. I'll try my best to explain. It is basically a basement but the small sized windows are ground level, so the basement is only slightly lowered into the ground instead of a floor under. There is a door for exit and entry that leads (normally) to the backyard, and a small patio area. Very similar to a split level house.

Блин, вот вроде ферма, а меня больше зацепило окружение, вот эти домики, декор вокруг них, переулочек с помойкой, задние дворы. Ферма не нужна, но скачаю чтобы для себя заюзать окружение и вместо фермы достроить домик и жить на уютной улочке ._.

The build is amazing but FYI we don't really use the word "Plantation" in anything other than history because it has a lot of negative connotations in the U.S.

Добрый день, прошу прошения, у меня почему то не получаеться установить игре этот и еще некоторые ваши прекрастные дома, если Вы знаете в чем может быть загвоздка, иои кто-то может еще сталкивался, подскажите. Чудная постройка, в прочем как и все, любовь))))
если пиратка, то может быть две причины.
1. Пиратская версия игры старее, чем версия игры, в которой я сохраняла дом. Тогда нужно просто дождаться обновления пиратки.
2. Вместо дома в галерее появляется картинка ламы, и игра пишет о какой-то ошибке, когда пытаешься нажать на этот значок. Это значит, что среди файлов трай (этого дома) есть лишний, этот файл нужно найти и удалить, после этого значок ламы исчезнет и дом из галереи можно будет поместить в игру.
Раньше проблемы с файлами трай не было вообще, но примерно 2 года назад начала появляться эта лама вместо дома. Думаю разработчики так с пиратством воюют.
