She doesn’t poke the blackhead alone, but also healthy skin, so it most likely become scar tissue unfortunately. This is not the correct way to do it. Yes pops are great to watch, but this is a human being having to live with this his whole life…

There's a difference between a dermatologist & and esthetician. One's a doctor & the other works in a spa/salon. A user familiar with these services once said that they intentionally do this for 2 reasons. They are connected, under the skin, so it's safer to remove after breaking up the connection. Also, the clients will return if they still have issues with their skin. I agree with you that this one is devious.
