I have like 22 seed planters now lol. The nice thing is that if I log on every hour sometimes I get lucky and bok choy crops finishes early. IE in 3 hours instead of 4 and I just save them. I believe on average if I end up going to work or sleep I make about 24k twice a day. Definitely worth it.
I tend to overthink things, and this helped simplify replanting my garden from now on. Thank you for this! Also thank you so much for Hotpot cards. I printed them off they look fantastic and are so much fun. This might be a silly question but how did you do scoring when you played? Thank you again for the videos and cards!
You’re very welcome and glad this helped your gardening! For the hot pot cards we just did it by wins but if you want to score based on points, the game says it’s 80 points for a set of uniques and 120 points for a set of matching pictures.
If you're paranoid like me and scared you missed a spot, don't forget you can simply press G (or whatever your hotkey is set to for examining the garden) and a spot without anything planted will be pretty obvious. Also, I've considered this but haven't actually tried: would it be at all possible to put items down on the ground to make it obvious which crop to plant on that spot?
I found it best to just invest in seed planters and around 15-17 planters just for bokchoy tends to keep right up with the production. Eventually you get to a point where you're just making enough bok choy to refill the planters and sell them for at least 10k or more.
oooh! I've got a great video going over everything you need to know about seeds vs. preserves. Check it out here: th-cam.com/video/iIPyICxETtQ/w-d-xo.html
How long do you usually spend replanting your garden every hour?
Great tips. Thanks! I started playing last week, and I like hot pot. It's basically gin rummy, which I played with my grandpa all the time as a kid.
YASSS!!! Hot Pot is so much fun! I played way too much of it in February AHAHAH
This is what I’ve been doing too. Makes my plot which includes every crop, actually possible to deal with.
That's was so confusing seeing my character at my home plot here lol. I was like wait hold up! (the thumbnail)
Yeah I needed a gardening thumbnail and you’re the only one I have one of. I need to visit more people on their plots hahaha!

@@Aqajj That is a good idea, and thank you for reminding me about the points in the game!

I would love a video on how to play the hotpot game
My main issue is seed production is so much slower than harvest

Do you sell all of the crops or preserve them to sell for more profit?

My wheat is never ready at the same time as the book Choy and rice. 😮
Eventually it will on day 12. Bok Choy and Rice take 3 days while Wheat takes 4. So most of the time they will be harvested on different days.
I can't believe it took me this many years, but I think I finally understand what a "common denominator" is because of this lol.
