About Emeroy:
Emeroy is a health coach, dancer, father and author. Growing up he struggled with two huge challenges: self confidence and being chubby. As a dancer, he started out at the age of 8 and has been teaching since 2004. He has danced with international organizations like Culture Shock, Hit The Floor Productions, GEC Entertainment, and performed for the Los Angeles Rose Parade, international artist Jonalyn Viray, and competed internationally at Hip Hop International and is a two time City of Alhambra B-boy Champion.
As a health coach, he's been coaching for several years and was featured on Time Warner's Get Fit. He's helped hundreds of individuals not only burn fat and build muscle, but also create a healthy active lifestyle so that people no longer have to yo-yo.
He's recognized for his zen style leadership. Combine that with his passionate vision of guiding others to become their best selves, gives him an authority when it comes to personal transformation. Whether it be through dance or fitness classes, he coaches individuals to gain the confidence they seek and get they results they never thought was possible.

"Why so farrrr????"
1. Because there are already videos scheduled. I post K-Pop reaction videos on Monday and Wednesday only. This gives me an opportunity to share the other content i'm passionate about for this channel.
2. Releasing content like this allows me to keep the channel consistent and focus on other projects other than trying to keep a daily youtube schedule since I run two businesses. 3. Traditional studios and movies promote their content months in advance prior to the premiere to help build anticipation. The public already knows the date of when these movies are coming out. I know I'm no big-time studio, but why can't I take a similar approach to my content?

This is all self choreographed! And I think the competition feel comes from the fact that some of them do have competition experience. (Junseo, taller one with the bucket hat, competed in dancing high, and his team won) This was crazy for a debut, and they have gotten even better since then :) I hope you can watch more of their work, it would be so nice to see a breakdown of the choreos!

I would love to see them release something similar to this in choreo and sound again, don’t get me wrong I love their rnb side (still is by far my favorite song of theirs) but four comebacks that sound kinda-in-a-way similar is kind of stagnating. I would like some diversity in their title track sound at this point. I think it would only help them.
