I have been listening this every evening at bedtime, I also listened to many of his songs on here this week. Mom and I traveled a lot in her pickup and camper. She never traveled without her cassette tapes and player. We spent many an evening listening to Jim Reeves, brought back great memories of those years. Mom passed away at age of ninety years old in 2005.
Wonderful Gentleman Jim..no one can compare .Your beautiful golden voice will never be forgotten. Rest in Peace. My forever favourite singer ...Thank you.

My dad used to sing this song when we were kids - he died yesterday. Just the night before he died, this song suddenly came back to my memory - I'd forgotten all about it.... so I sent the link of this song to my siblings. My sister said she opened my link and was listening to the song when she got the news that dad had passed away.... Rest in peace and watch over us.....

The Power Of Positive Thinking is responsible for my POSITIVE turnaround and most importantly . . . ., Prayer 🧎🏿♀️🙏🏿Changes circumstances✊🏿!!
Had some words whispered to me In the early morning hours. This is the first time I have experienced this. The words I heard---God's keeping the night watch. I got up and looked for this song. Lord, you are the only one who can watch over us. Thank you Jesus.
8/29/20: For the first time since my stay in New York since 8/17, I'm having difficulty achieving peaceful slumber😫😒😜. Maybe, it's because I know, I have only TWO days left here and, I'm NOT psychologically ready to face my home environment now that Mommy is no longer alive😭💔. That being said, I DO KNOW....My Lord God WILL strengthen my resolve to go on and keep thriving. "He's Keeping The Nightwatch For.....ME!! Hallelujah. .
