EPC... OML.. this is going to be expensive to try and get all properties done to a C. How can they expect us to get this done? Have they said a date when this needs to be done?
I agree. That's why the Tiries scrapped the idea when they were in power as the sheer volume of properties not meeting the C rating was counted in millions. No details yet from Labour but I'll keep you all updated
Unfortunately not. HMRC dictate the rules and stipulate that the "Employer" being your Limited Company pays the premiums and hence they can then be treated as a business expense. There may well be savings if you have taken your life insurance out some time ago so is sometimes worth reviewing on a regular basis

If property is in personal name (not a LTD company) can I still off set my life insurance? Thank you.
