Thank you so much, I recently had crosshairs appear, and whilst I realise I must have done it myself, I didn't have a clue how I did, and have been trying for weeks to get rid of them. I even uninstalled the software and re installed, hoping by some miracle it would go back to default.
Both of your methods worked for me and I will definitely remember your video in the future.
