Because there is no s when getting up from ora kicks meaning they'll instatly get hit hy ubsealed steel the moment they get up. This also goes with zoom punch. I just dash and use zoom punch after waiting a few seconds and it just seems to work most of the time.
here's a combo for this build Time Stop + Ora Kicks + Platinum Slam + Pluck & Luck thats it, this combo is one timestop long and does like half of a player's hp, plus you can continue it with a barrage after the timestop if the enemy is slow enough

as a ger hamon user i would say hamon is very balanced
they incresed hamon skill tree cost
As a vamp rework user i can confirm hamon is balanced
but sptw can be cheap if you only get the moves,dp and max kicks upgrade because they are insane
