@Marcus Smart is the closest to Tony Allen on defense on this Grizzlies team with a little boost on the offensive side.We needs to keep him for at least the remainder of the season to see how far will he help lead us during the playoffs.He"s a boost of positive energy.
When it comes to the roster when everybody is healthy I think the Grizzlies need to start playing games like the playoffs. Play players based on matchups against that particular opponent. The good thing about our depth is that the options are endless to match any other teams personnel. I also think this will really prepare Jenkins for playoff rotations and make it easier for him to figure out rotations in the playoffs. Just my 2 cents. Go Grizzlies!

Roster consolidation makes sense with a durable player..?Houston got the NFL players Brooklyn has the shooters.. kuzma and John Collins are the best targets for the contract
Only way we trade for those guys is if we decide to shed Marcus smarts salary. Doubt they do it for roster consolidation because they need to keep all of the guys they have on cheap deals due to having 3 max players
Guzman is a loser. If you watch him, he only plays well when it doesn't matter anymore. Not a good profession. Collins has too many shortcomings to be a reliable addition. Cost of production is too high.
