Car is a masterpiece. I live about 20 miles from their factory in Croatia and now they are building huge campus with production line, testing track and all the testing lines since they are making everything for the car in the house. And yea, car have a drift mode in real life lol.

The main difference between the CT4 and CT5 blackwing is the size of the car and the engine. The CT4 BW was the ATS-V and the CT5 was the CTS-V which was a slightly bigger sedan. CT4 BW has a twin turbo V6 making 470-ish HP. CT5 BW has a supercharged V8 making 670 HP which is the same LT4 shared by the camaro ZL1 and the Corvette ZO6! its kinda like GM's goodbye to their combustion engines as the electrics slowly become the norm
Also, you can get both the CT4-V and the CT5-V with 10-speed auto or a 6-speed manual!
Still doesn’t make these cars cool, they’re adding the shitiest boring cars.

CT4 - twin turbo V6 (about 470 hp) CT5 - supercharged V8 (about 668 hp, LT4 engine from Camaro ZL1 and C7 ZR1). basically a big meaty sedan with a V8 and manual transmission
The difference between Track and Drift modes is for Track, it’s max power, all wheel drive and active aero.
For Drift, it disables the front motors which makes it RWD, logically it also halves the power and it locks the spoiler up for downforce.
It’s honestly a cracking great car to muck about in and it’s so much better than the concept 2.

Gearing is always the key to faster speeds in electric vehicles due to how the motors translate the power (torque). Electric semi-trucks have lower bhp, but insane torque due to the electric motors and where they transfer the power (rear axles). It allows them to pull large loads, and even overtake traditional combustion trucks going up hill at the same time.
This is where 2000 hp gets you🤯

This car is an absolutely monstrous drift car. It is also, for the tiny number of us who do this in-game, one of the best reverse drift cars, out of the box, straight away, with no tuning at all. Only the Cupra electric thing comes close and that understeers in reverse horribly. It's a niche thing but I love sliding around the map backwards, it's like riding your bike with no hands, and this car is mental for it.
just to let you know, im pretty sure the drift mode also changes the car from awd to rwd

Conventional wisdom states reducing tire width reduces rolling resistance and drag. For top speed thinnest tire and max tire pressure with 0 camber is key.

I was able to hit 287 in the c2 yesterday, you just have to change the trnsmition to the 4 speed
CT4V is a mid sized sedan with a TTV6 with 460hp and the CT5V is a full sized sedan W/ Supercharged 6.2 with 670hp. also new forza Dlc is sort good some how?
Had the event loading issue on console literally every season. I usually would pres the Xbox button and open the game and it would load after a handful of seconds
Use the 4 speed drift transmission for a higher top speed

its not about there being no top speed. there is no umph at higher speeds. meaning acceleration. most good cars still have some guts when you put your foot down at higher speeds.
CT4 competes with the M3 and CT5 competes with the M5.

Imagine if Forza added “Antilag” to EVs and it was just lightning cracks
That's what they should do in real EVs. Lightning, thunder, etc. Or cymbal crashes, drums, stuff like that. Thinnk outside the box with the recordings they play in the car and outside it, get interesting musical artists and sound producers to make unique, bespoke sound software for their EV cars. Eg. Squarepusher, or Timbaland, or whoever. Kid Cudi. Tame Impala. Aphex Twin, Jack White. Or the people who did the sound effects for Blade Runner.
So much opportunity to do interesting stuff, but instead they just pipe recordings of V12s into the cabin.

Have it! Want a hellcat sound? Have it! Want your car to sound like it’s moaning as you floor it? Have it! 😂
@@RidgeRunner4501 Yes, that's basically the idea...that'd be fantastic. That never occurred to me, of having the sound of fictional cars like the Batmobile, or the Back to the Future DeLorean. And yeah, you could just make your own sounds up too and map it onto different elements of the car, like the throttle, brakes, e-brake, even the turning of the wheel, etc.
In my mind I see you almost 'playing' the car. The throttle summons up a beat that gets fuller and louder the more you floor it, and the wheel moderates a solo string section, or the direction of a guitar solo as you turn it, so left on the wheel makes the solo go into a higher register, right into a lower register, and little alterations of the wheel add short stabs of string. While feathering the brake adds a cymbal clash or something with each small touch of it, and slamming down hard makes it roll the cymbals hard.
I don't even know if that's legal - would drivers start driving like maniacs as a result? But it just sounds cool to me.
