Use your illusion 2 is a great album but I prefer MJ’s Dangerous as it was one of my favorite studio albums of his as it contains one of my favorite songs such as Give in to me, Who is it; Can’t let her get away, and etc

Take into account Appetite was MASSIVE. If they had put out a couple of crappy albums, and then hit it big with Appetite, they might have done it different. There was a lot of built up anticipation for UYI but to me Axl's trying to be Roger Waters meets Elton John and trying to sound like the singer from Nazareth. I like the albums a lot. "So Fine" was nothing more than Duff paying homage to Johnny Thunders, but he should have saved that for his solo album - which he recorded all the parts himself 2 years before Dave Grohl did his first Foo Fighters album. Duff's "Believe In Me" vs Dave Grohl's first FF's album would be a good album battle.
Use your illusions was an ambitious but bloated project some killer tracks on both but if all the killer was on one record would have been better still you could mine got me in trouble at school for singing it out loud 🤘🔥🔥🔥🎸
Dangerous all day. Axl couldn't sing for shit and the Use Your Illusion series exposed all of his weaknesses and none of his strengths. Dangerous on the other hand was a masterpiece with few to no duds to speak of.
