    Thank you for the wonderful presentation. I appreciate the time you guys put into this detailed walk-through! This is sooo exciting! I initially had some issues with connecting the IM channels but reset them during the Zoholics meeting in Jersey City last week and can't wait to try them again! Just love your goal of unifying all the major social channels under one support roof. You rock, guys!

    Can I have all messages sent by my customers in CRM? So I can have a 360 degree view of customer and all interactions (Instagram DM, FB Messenger, WhatsApp, Email, Chat, etc)?

      Hi Jean,
      You can manage the messages from Facebook, email, and WhatsApp in CRM. But, the chats from SalesIQ and Instagram are yet to be supported in CRM.
      However, if you're using SalesIQ for all your communications, you can set the chat transcripts to be sent to CRM automatically. This way, it would be easy for you to handle all the interactions in one place.
