Having this victory lap of escaping the tower after the insanity that was the final boss was just so gratifying. Having the game concluding after 5 years of development was a feeling like nothing else. Also R.I.P. Noisette
i imagine the way to noisette cafe is just a pocket dimension without realising, so I'd imagine noisette wondering why there's no customers, crawling through the hole and seeing a destroyed tower

This song is amongst my favourites, cuz it really shows two sides - yours (Your mission is done and you need to escape), and the Tower's, as it attempts to ATLEAST bring you down with it, by throwing all of the troops and forces, while you escape. Really fits the mood, also the bits of the Pizza Time also spices up the song.
Yeah. I think both the music and gameplay sell it tho. It's honestly damn near perfect how they blended Wario Land 4 and classic Sonic. And the music perfectly fits both the wackiness of WL4 and the hype and speed of Sonic.

if it helps, its more laid back because this isn’t a daring escape from the pizza tower, this is peppino’s victory lap. he has triumphed over everything the tower and pizzahead had to offer, and the bosses follow him out, knowing that if anyone, he is getting out of there

It's Pizza Time is the panic of running from death The Death that I Deservioli is the audacity of telling death to catch you if it can and Bye Bye There! is the glorious glow of knowing that you'll make it out just fine~
