This is really good! I’m a producer and composer as well, so cool to see the plug ins and things you’re using! The only thing I felt like I was missing (off the top of my head) is the hi- hats, but I think it comes in later. For the bass, you could use a website to download midi of each instrument - I can’t remember the name off the top of my head. In Logic, you can also do it if you have the most up to date software. Download the mp3 of the original song, import it into Logic, then: Select the region, tap Convert, then tap Separate by Note Pitch. This will create a separate MIDI region for each pitch in the region. Hope that helps!
I do! 100% I used different Daws before Logic. Cubase, Pro tools, Adobe Audition, Fl studio , Reason. Logic interface felt easier for me. I never used Ableton tho. But I think you should try them both and see where u feel more comfortable working.
Can you please do a series on all Finneas songs?..whatever he produces..there is a simplicity to yet..so much beauty. Please consider doing a series...there is lot to learn from him.🙏
Hi! Thank youuu!! I been learning for 2 years now. Before it, I was focused on singing since I was like 13 then I decided that I wanted to make beats, be able to put whatever was in my head in a song.
Where are you from? Love to see the effort and love in your videos, this week I decided to start my music producer journey, btw is it worth it being on a music production school?
Thank youuu! I appreciate it :) that’s exciting 😀 at first things might get a little confusing but you’ll end up figuring it out. Just don’t give up, looking forward to listen to one of your beats in the future.🔥 about school talking from my experience is 100% worth but I think it depends because I’ve see so many good producers that learned only through TH-cam. I think school is a more “Organized” way to learn. I’ve learned so much from TH-cam videos too not only school.
@@assasina6034 I’ve seen videos about it but I got into the subject as a hobby and for entertainment. Even though I’m not interested in investing on third party add-ons. It’s still interesting to understand her particular process.
@@wonubee Logic is $200 but if you’re starting out you don’t need to worry about buying plugins it have everything you’ll need. There is also some Free Daw alternatives out there. I use Free and paid plugins. You can check Waves.com
