SO PROUD!!!!!! THEY ARE THE FIRST TEXAS GUARD TO MEDAL AT SW FINALS 😭😭
Wrong. Main Event from San Antonio was the first high school to medal at nationals. It was a long time ago but they were the first.
Actually, technically, it's correct to say The Woodlands is the 1st Texas WGI SW medalist, as the class didn't exist until 1991. Main Event placed 3rd in the *very first* scholastic finals in 1984, but, as awesome as that is, it seems silly to compare that to today, since the level of competition is much higher.
@@patrickrose8216 True that the game has evolved. Who knows what it will be like in 5 to 10 years from know.
so proud. i remember watching the first show they did of this back in january! they've come so far 😭
When I saw them earlier this year I said they are were going be top 3 in WGI and look at what happened! This show was freaking amazing and greatly executed!
1of my favorite shows this season.
That. Was. AMAZING. 🤯
Back in the day when there was only one high school class the Main Event from San Antonio received third at nationals behind Center Grove and Cicero North Syracuse.
Amazing show!!!! They earned that medal!!!
THEY SERVED
I watched this show and it was really good I liked it
I watched this show early season, I think they're the only scholastic world class guard in Texas now! I honestly didn't really like it at first but now I really love it! (seeing it from the front probably helped lol!)
flower mound is the other world class guard, but they didn’t go to champs this year.
should have gotten first tbh
Nice show, now I see why Miamisburg got robbed of bronze.
I actually prefer Miamisburg too, but I think Woodlands had better flag work & a more creative show design.
Love how this show was so energetic but didn’t lack technique or complexity. They maintained world class choreography while executing a fan favorite show. Not to mention they’ve never placed this high before
