Meaning/pertaining to.. the longevity of your server and the people playing on it. I think it could possibly be a good idea if you personally acted as somewhat of an example/trainer for the people who are new to being part of the PD. I mean seriously bro... If the noobs of the police department learn from you they will definitely be able to do better against any other criminal influence on the server... And it will help Ensure that there are plenty of cops and robbers to keep the content flowing for both sides. just saying bro...🤔🤔👍
