Uno de los principales temas del álbum 'Sleep No More' es pedirle perdón a su esposa por sus actitudes pasadas. Jack habló sobre ser un mal esposo y la motivación que tuvo para tener un hijo en una entrevista con 'Evening Standard': "Cuando mi primera hija nació, yo era pésimo. Un buen padre pero un pésimo esposo. No estaba listo para eso. Tenía 25, casado, y cuando mi hija nació, tenía 400 euros en mi cuenta bancaria. Tenía una batalla legal en curso, una industria que no quería nada conmigo... Todo era un poco severo. Cuando mi esposa quedó embarazada y tuvimos un bebé, fue increíble ver a una chica convertirse en mujer, y yo definitivamente no me convertí en hombre. Seguía siendo un chico".
A main theme for the album is saying sorry to his wife for the attitude he had in the past. Jack told about being a bad husband and the motivation he got from getting a child in an interview with the Evening Standard: "When my first daughter was born, I was lousy. A really good dad but a lousy husband. I wasn’t ready for it. I was 25, married, and when my daughter was born I had £400 in my bank account. I had a legal battle going on, I had an industry that wanted nothing to do with me… It was all a bit grim. When my wife got pregnant and had a child, it was amazing to see a girl become a woman and I had definitely not become a man. I was still a boy".
