I actually think he's the best written and most consistent throughout the show. The top character.

Felix is the one of the smartest character in miraculous ladybug. I love his quick thinking just lime Marinette. He is interesting and every time he appears in an episode he makes it the most memorable. Unlike characters like Lila he doesn't need to be fake to achieve his goal. I personally love his character!
