I was sold until there wasn't a door on the back to access the back bedroom and back bathroom. The other companies have that. I am totally in love with the kitchen, Livingroom and master bedroom. I'm in tears!!!! That back door to the back bathroom gave kids bathroom without entering the rest of the unit.
I kind of like that. We have an 18m old who is very clever and I worry she may be an escape artist later since she is already apparently a climbing expert so not having to proof an additional door for her is a plus to me
This is the best unit of all of the new ones I’ve seen with the two master suites. You missed the storage underneath the ladder stairs going up to the loft. Great place for shoes or your large air fryer and instant pot. Very impressive. I can’t wait to see how full time families make use of everything here.
The idea you posed about the pantry, making shelves not as deep, and creating a closet for brooms, etc. Both trailers we've had had no place for cleaning tools. Love this fifth wheel!
We're about 30 days into full timing in one of these. So far, zero issues, very impressed with quality/manf. Some things to add: 1. Ours came with a 390 solar on the roof, but the only controller/monitor is in the front (not pass-through) storage. Inconvenient. Don't know if this is standard, but believe it to be as: 2. The "residential size" fridge is DC powered, and remains cold on battery when moving. 3. External shower via the blue coil hose, with an outlet on each side of the unit. Cold on passenger, hot/cold on driver. 4. Some limited storage under loft steps. 5.. All storage, including pantry, has motion sensor lights. 6. Living room TV on folding swing out mount for better viewing from driverside sofa. 7. All outlets on CGI, one behind recliners, and one in bathroom. Kinda wimpy trip point, but safety first I guess. (No issues running w/air fryer, coffee makers, tv's, etc) 8. Two black dump locations, front/rear, one gray dump incorporated w/black at front. I hate this, but we love the two bathrooms so... 9. Gen prepped, standard. Very large front storage without gen. 10. We opted for the Gen-Y gooseneck hitch, love it. 11. 3 AC units, but two are above the living room/kitchen. Might have been better served putting the 3rd over the bathroom, so opening direct vents would quick cool the back half of the trailer better.
This could be a HOME RUN for larger families (3&4+ kids) by making a few simple changes. Change the front room into a two bed bunk house OR two twin beds instead of a king. Delete the front bedroom bathroom access and leave it as a hallway entrance. Instead of a single mattress in the loft, put two smaller twins (as an option if you have more kids). Then upgrade the rear bath shower surround. That’s it. It would be FLAWLESS for me. That kitchen is perfect for my family, so is the seating area, could add a couple of beanbags or those inflatable chairs for the kids and easily have a family movie night. Heck with a plush area rug and a bunch of pillows the kids would be thrilled. Is the living area tv on a full motion mount? Otherwise I’d just add one.
Unbelievable how much they can fit in the amount of space. I noticed in the living space they used wood trim around the windows like another make started doing. Really adds a nice feel.
This is a really nice fifth wheel camper. I like the fact that a lot of companies are going towards the 12 volt compressor refrigerators like this Norcold instead of residential fridges. Thank you for sharing.👍
Thank you for such a good presentation! I really like this, Rv. Just a thought, the bathroom has a lot of open the wall space that could be a massive amount of medicine cabinets like WOOD with mirrors on the front of the middle sturdy shelves inside that would be a really big plus.
Instead of making those shelves shorter in the cabinet in the kitchen, that you’re talking about, make it have pull out shelves. That way you can reach the back of all of them easy.
I really like the living room arrangement and the kitchen was well thought out as well. The garbage exterior access makes a lot of sense and saves you from spilling garbage out onto the floor. How high is the ceiling in the back bedroom??? I like the general layout of it but at 6'6" I don't think that I could comfortably stand up in it!!!
The requirement for a combo washer/dryer and not being prepped for separate units is a deal killer for me and many others. Maybe pass that along since your suggestions seem to carry weight with some manufacturers. I do appreciate the TV straight across from the seating. Been looking for a toy hauler with that and they're few and far between.
nice unit. The rear bathroom needs a little adjusting though. The rear tiolet shouldve been angled into the corner for more leg room and comfort. Im 6'4" and dont see that usable for myself or anyone over 5'8". Otherwise it looks nice and well thought out, nothing really earth shattering new as there are quite a few dual bedrooms setup similar from other rv makers at this time.
That is the first residential fridge I have seen with built in lock/latch. That avoids the need for an aftermarket option. Great idea...odd, it wasn't mentioned in the video. Also, odd that with all of the talk about the pantry, no reference to the built-in light(s). Another great feature that doesn't seem to be as common as it should be.
Love everything except the u-shaped kitchen - way to cramped & constrained for me & hubby to cook in. Otherwise love the 2 beds & baths, good living room & loft space.
It definitely needs a dishwasher for this size and price range of coach! Also, I don't like that there are no corner cabinets because the space back in the corner is hard to get to and impractical. Why cut off the corner of the 1st cabinet (wasted space)? The control panel needs to be covered with a decorative panel because that is too ugly! Also, the trash bin is worthless because you would have to cut up pizza boxes and larger trash items. Plus, I don't wanna have to lift that heavy counter every time I need to throw away a little piece of trash. The only way this would be workable is if it had an automatic lift with a with a extra large pizza box size opening. You're not gonna be able to feed the amount of people this coach sleeps with a small pizza! I'd rather see a corner cabinet with a lazy Susan underneath.
A true 2 bedroom 2 bath unit, if that is what you need. Very nice all around. Need a partition between the wet bay hookups and the pass through storage on the driver side. No toe space at the floor under the kitchen appliances and cabinets. Big miss. Good call, JD, that pantry is a bit too deep.
My .02.... 1. Upgrade axles to at least dual 8k for more C.C. for fulltimers 2. Upgrade to H rated 17.5" tires. 3. Raise rear bath deck for outside storage under rear bath 4. Get rid of "trash can cubby" and make either outside storage or a spot for subwoofer(JBL) 5. Replace epoxy countertops for solid surface an bathrooms and maybe a butcherblock style for kitchen. 6. Shower port on door side to rinse feet and doggo's
Why not a back door for the back bathroom on the end? So whomever is in the back bedroom can exit their bedroom from the back. Plus why no storage under the master bed?
That one kitchen cabinet that you open the door of has no shelves in it it’s just one big cabinet. It would be nice if it had three pull out drawers in it.
Wondering if a Ford F250 could tow it? It says I can tow up to 21000 lbs., but the hitch says 2,100 pounds, says nothing on how much I can load on the bed of the truck for the 5th wheel.
Wanted to know if this floor plan has a shorter model - 36 to 37 ft? I love the U shape kitchen! It’s got everything I’d need, except for a tub in one of those bathrooms.
Great layout. Night stands next to the beds. Do you use a cpap? I do and you have to have direct access to the control panel to turn on and off. So whenever I hear someone say, oh you can put them in the overhead cabinet, they have no idea what they are talking about. To be upfront you didn’t not say anything about this in this video. Thanks again JD for another informative video.
We also look for CPAP space. Think they will be sitting on the corner of the mattress. But in cabinet over bed sounds good to me if there was an outlet. Turn it on, get in bed, put on CPAP.
I have a question and can't find the correct answer to it. I hope you or the chat can help me, but I was wondering whether you have to get CDL to drive a Ram 5500 if you are only towing your own things. I am getting a River Stone in the next year, but my father is getting older and has heavy equipment that will be coming to me; of course, he still wants to use it when he needs it. I just became his storage, lol. I need to get a truck for my 5th wheel and his equipment when he needs it. This is why I am looking at a Ram 5500.
I was wondering in comparison to the 390DS which model do you think is better? I know I want a fifth wheel and 2 bds 2 bath with a loft but I’m having a hard time deciding. Thanks for the input. And the video❤
It's great to finally see a shower that's not obstructed by a toilet right next to it taking up half the length. Nice! Well done!
There's a reason they did that. If they had the door the toilet would block something like all the others do
We just bought this coach! We full time and has tons of room. The front storage without being prepped for a generator is massive!!!
May I ask the price?
Well yessa massa, that's how you sound
@@rieweems6387 or its the way you read it
Price??
What the price on this rig.
Just bought this 5th Wheel yesterday. Very excited for our first night. Layout and quality of counstruction is excellent.

Our litter box goes there!
This is my favorite two bedroom floor plan. All the others on the market lack seating for the people sleeping in those other units.
The idea you posed about the pantry, making shelves not as deep, and creating a closet for brooms, etc. Both trailers we've had had no place for cleaning tools. Love this fifth wheel!

This is one of my favorite units so far!
Another fabulous product from Alliance RV
The back bathroom needs a vent fan. The deep pantry could have sliding shelves to accommodate the depth. This is a fantastic layout!
That was a really good idea you came up with about the cabinet being too deep and
utilizing that depth buy installing a cabinet door on the backside.
O or make the shelves drawers
Thank you for this review! We appreciate your honesty 🙏
Love the kitchen and living room set up, usually RV with 2 beds have a small living room.
Looks pretty small to me.
Love the 4 burner stovetop. Awesome.
Love the 2 bedrooms bc we have an older kiddo who saw the en-suite & flipped out! Lol! This is an amazing layout!!
This is an amazing looking unit!
I absolutely love this floor plan 😊
This is a really nice fifth wheel camper. I like the fact that a lot of companies are going towards the 12 volt compressor refrigerators like this Norcold instead of residential fridges. Thank you for sharing.👍
What is the difference??
Thank you for such a good presentation! I really like this, Rv. Just a thought, the bathroom has a lot of open the wall space that could be a massive amount of medicine cabinets like WOOD with mirrors on the front of the middle sturdy shelves inside that would be a really big plus.

That’s sharp. That’s what we have been looking for.
Love the deep pantry
What a super nice fifth wheel wow ! Glamping at its best ❤❤❤❤
Love this!!!!! Moving in soon!!!
I would like to see a dishwasher somewhere
Best unit of all the new double suit units

Maybe pass that along since your suggestions seem to carry weight with some manufacturers. I do appreciate the TV straight across from the seating. Nice rig ! If I decide to step up to a larger unit I will keep this builder at the top of my list.👍🏼
that's awesome, finally a fifth wheel I can tow with my 1/2-ton hee hee😃
😮😅
I really love that 2nd bedroom area and bathroom! Wow what a 5th wheel. I would hate to pull that thing but I would love it at the kitground lol
I would have loved to see pull out drawers or a pull out pantry next to the fridge. Very nice coach.
I really like this floorplan
Hopefully they have fixed the rear wall issue on these by now. I have a 22 paradigm and it's going in next week to have the rear wall reattached lol.
Say what?
WOW! I want one! I never thought I would ever want to trade in a Grand Design!

Cue "I can tow that with my Nissan Titan" yammering crowd.
Beautiful thanks for sharing this 🌹❣️
The rear bedroom must be the master sense it has a private bathroom
9.8/10 only 2 things on this fifth wheeler that need to change and it's 11/10 otherwise it's great
Love everything except the u-shaped kitchen - way to cramped & constrained for me & hubby to cook in. Otherwise love the 2 beds & baths, good living room & loft space.
I would turn one of those bedrooms into a bunkhouse. I would buy it in a heartbeat lol
Best of all, you can order it with 8k axles so you have 4k+ of CCC!
It definitely needs a dishwasher for this size and price range of coach! Also, I don't like that there are no corner cabinets because the space back in the corner is hard to get to and impractical. All you need for the pantry is pull out shelves!
I like this RV
on the pantry by the frig I wish these companies would put in Slid out shelves!!!!!
Back bathroom nicer to have the toilet facing the shower more leg space.
Separate bedrooms for the wife and me. Nice!
I like the floor plan but gimme 2 sweet bedrooms like this with a method to carry a big motorcycle........create people create. Love your channel.
That is amazing
J'aime énormément cette caravane avec deux chambres et deux salles de bains 🛁
Will be buying this one
Love it!
My .02....
1. Upgrade axles to at least dual 8k for more C.C. for fulltimers

Ron hovers team is fantastic as for the alliance paradigm 395ds we bought one and if I were you I would have to go with any other brand they sell
Very nice
What if you wanted this but Max spec? Like better everything and a few changes?
That one kitchen cabinet that you open the door of has no shelves in it it’s just one big cabinet. It would be nice if it had three pull out drawers in it.
It’s beautiful! I love the floor plan. Too bad that I live in Pennsylvania, I just might have bought this!
Nice!
Is 2800lbs enough for carrying capacity? Talking about water tanks, people, food and stuffs
Wondering if a Ford F250 could tow it? It says I can tow up to 21000 lbs., but the hitch says 2,100 pounds, says nothing on how much I can load on the bed of the truck for the 5th wheel.
❤ love it
I love this! But I would cut off the 2nd bathroom to get into a 40’ site.
Looks good, but a washer/dryer combo is a deal breaker.
Does it have storage underneath the beds?
Wanted to know if this floor plan has a shorter model - 36 to 37 ft? I love the U shape kitchen! It’s got everything I’d need, except for a tub in one of those bathrooms.
way to go Alliance for a new floor plan and some fresh thinking
I LOVE IT
With the Houston RV show relatively close to your home, did you take the wife and daughter with the check out RVs too?
What year is this particular unit? I don’t see it listed anywhere
Cool
The best
Great floor plan gets my brain thinking ass I’d have to look for the Traeger though
Great layout. Night stands next to the beds. Do you use a cpap? I do and you have to have direct access to the control panel to turn on and off. We also look for CPAP space. Think they will be sitting on the corner of the mattress. But in cabinet over bed sounds good to me if there was an outlet. Turn it on, get in bed, put on CPAP.
Great looking rig!! Sure wish you had the show price
The one to get, if I'm going to get one.
Is it dove tail drawers?
Can you please honestly tell me if the built quality feels the same as a grand design soulitude 391 dl thank you
I have a question and can't find the correct answer to it. @markacamacho. A cdl is required for hauling over 26,000 #
This gets 10 + 👍👍🇦🇺 But can’t get one in Aus so I will take of a + 🇦🇺
Wow
I have this unit at my lot,my interior is Wood Bridge only Difference,it’s our Highest price 5th wheel
Leonard TX
6:10 I’d rather see sliding drawers in there and keep the pantry space. Just my $0.02
I was wondering in comparison to the 390DS which model do you think is better? I know I want a fifth wheel and 2 bds 2 bath with a loft but I’m having a hard time deciding. Thanks for the input. And the video❤
What did you end up getting and how is it? I'm shopping for one now.
So, with a macerator toilet, I assume they both are, there's no black tank?? Cause I only saw a single pull labeled grey..
It's got to go somewhere; it doesn't just vanish...
It has 2 black tank releases according to other videos.
How much is a unit like this?
how much does it cost
I like it..But NO LITTLE NISSAN 😂
What's the price on this one?❤
