    Love their attitude. As leaders, they NEVER appear to be too depressed and frustrated after the shower. Possibility may be slim, but I'm still going for the HEAT. Let's go HEAT. WITNESS.

      They were just unlucky in those games. Remember last year when Ray Allen mad that three to give heat 1 more shot at the tile? But that was last year, hopefully they want it bad as the spurs do like last year and make history by trying winning in a 7 game series. We'll just see

    Lebron is not going anywhere. Personally I have faith Miami will make history and win 3 straight. Wade needs to step down and not play such a high role. If Miami losses this series watch out because there going to solidify the weak areas. Be back next year twice as good. The heat are in the finals for the third straight time, give em credit for that. For all you Lebron haters keep hating because he's got plenty room for improvement.

    I don't understand why people hate Lebron so much. Like why do people go on the internet and devote time to hating on a good guy. He's easily the most hated basketball player of all time yet the worst thing that he's ever done is leave a team after 7 years because they refused to give him a better supporting cast to compete with Boston and Orlando. But then, you see a bunch of people out there that put guys like Kobe Bryant on a pedestal. (I like Kobe too, but I'm trying to make a point) He's a relatively liked guy across NBA fan bases yet the worst thing he's ever done was...idk rape? Cheating on his wife? Running Shaq out of LA? Having Phil Jackson publicly call him a selfish person? Be an over demanding, blame shifting teammate? Yet this guy is cherished and a family man who has never broken the law, is wrongfully disrespected on the internet. You guys are a disgrace. It's one thing to criticize a man's game, it's another thing to wish for him to fail at every aspect of his life like some people on the internet do. You can dislike him for leaving Cleveland but that doesn't warrant half of the things that being said about him on a nightly basis. The internet is making society more heartless and distasteful. And before I receive a wave of nonsensical replies like "stop riding lebrons dick", I would ask of you to please save it. It's not original, plus I just wish for a world where people can watch NBA games and not let it fuel them to come on the internet and type hateful rants.

      I would say at present Kobe is more hated. Just my opinion from my experience. But to your question, Lebron not winning in Cleveland, and also not STAYING in Cleveland, and also gathering up hall-of-fame players in order to buy championships is what lost my respect for Lebron. I liked him before he did all that. No other player has done that before. TEAMS have signed and drafted and traded for hall of fame players, but no PLAYER has ever conspired to create a virtual all-star team just to chase championships. It's a first for professional sports. When Jordan was losing in Chicago, he continued to develop the UNDEVELOPED talent around him as well as make himself better so that the Bulls could win championships. Lebron, with all his gifts as a player, CHOSE a much easier road by conspiring with other all-star hall-of-fame players and all taking less money to play together in by-far the WORST conference in the NBA. No one else has a chance against that level of star-power in the east. What all of this proved to me was, Lebron is not a high-level competitor. He is a VERY gifted basketball player, but he had a choice in Cleveland (just as Jordan did in Chicago) to get BETTER and make his team BETTER each year to beat everyone else out for a championship (that would have impressed me), but chose to simply gather up better players instead. To me, he's still great, but to be the greatest player in the NBA, much less EVER (as many claim), you can't do what he did. You gotta overcome that challenge the right way. And to top it all off, his infamous "decision" just drained every last drop of respect I had for him. There is more to it, but that's enough to get the idea. At least Kobe hasn't chased rings elsewhere, for all the struggles he's had and mistakes he's made, he never succumbed to that temptation. It's a cheap way to win. Any honest, objective person has to agree with that.

      xxJOHNLIKESPIExx It really says a lot when you have to insult people and call people names in order to win an argument. I gave real facts and reasons why I lost respect for Lebron 5 years ago. I never called anyone names or insulted anybody. You're never gonna convince anybody that you're right by doing that. People who really watched Lebron's career and know basketball can tell that Lebron took the easy road to win championships when he could have faced the real challenge and proved himself to be one of the greatest. He missed that chance, and it's sad that he did that. I'm sorry, it's simply the truth. No insults, just facts.

  • @ibuffalou

    I'm not saying Lebron should have taken 30 shots per game in the Finals - I'm saying the THREAT needed to be there so the Spurs couldn't exploit him by playing him straight up and shutting down his teammates more... The threat wasn't there because Lebron's reputation preceeded him... anyone that has been following basketball knows that Lebron is not a threat to take 25, 30, or 35 shots... practically ever... this is highly exploitable and the Spurs did it by playing Lebron straight up - they didn't have to send overt double teams to get the ball out of his hands, or do anything out of the ordinary like they did last year (letting him shoot the wide open shots) - they could play their normal great fundamental defense - this includes playing solid help defense when Lebron penetrates, but this is standard - the Spurs play help defense on ANY penetration, not just Lebron's - this is part of their standard defense.... by not having to do anything out of the ordinary on Lebron, the Spurs could spend their defensive energy more equitably by staying at home on the supporting cast more and shutting them down more than if they had to divert defensive attention away from his teammates to HOLD Lebron to his 28ppg Finals average.
    What i'm really saying is that at the highest levels of basketball (the Finals), playing system ball and restricting shot attempts in pursuit of only high efficiency shots is exploitable and doesn't give Lebron as much control over how open his teammates are - due to this exploitability, system ball and pre-planned shot restrictions is simply an inferior way to play the game in comparison to a Jordan or even Kobe style of play.
    You can't win a championship by essentially running an experiment to see how high your FG percentage can get... AIMING for your point total is a far cry from being HELD to your point total - the defensive dynamic is totally different... If all season long LeBron had averaged say 22-23 shots instead of 17... and averaged 32-34 ppg instead of 27.5... and shot as low as 47% instead of 57% - he would have been a better player at the highest levels because he would have been able to dictate how open his teammates were much better.... the team would play completely different and would have had more capacity by the end of the year to perform against elite playoff teams.

    People act as if losing in the finals to a great team like the Spurs automatically makes the Big Three, a failure. People forget that they just won two championships, lol. Also, all of those people making dimwitted comments like "Jordan wouldn't be down", need to keep their mouth shut. This is a completely different era of basketball. Stop comparing Jordan to Lebron. Jordan played 20 years ago. This is a different era.

      When Michael and Kobe are losing , they look very angry while sitting on the bench. That's what I like to see because that shows how competitive they are. But when Lebron is losing by 20 pts, he looks very casual while sitting on the bench biting his nails. I remember when Lebron had that great game 6 against Boston back in 2012. Lebron had the eye of the tiger that night. But Lebron doesn't carry that same intensity every game like Michael or Kobe. I don't understand it.

    Why is everybody still talking about LeBron? HE. GOT. DESTROYED.
    You're all disrespectful to the Spurs players who raped them. Stop comparing him to Jordan or Bird also, he can't touch those player, not even close, it's just lack of respect for legends like Bird, Jordan or Magic.
    Say what you will, but last year it was a fluke for Miami to win the Finals, probably the biggest fluke in NBA history after we see Spurs play today. The Heat and LeBron is the most overrated team/player ever.

    • @daheatforeal
      @daheatforeal 10 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Damn bro why so much hate? And LeBron makes everyone around him better,, how is he overrated? You sound stupid asf calling the best player in the league overrated. And how how is the Heat overrated? They won back to back and went to the finals 4 straight times. They accomplished what they wanted when the Big 3 joined in the first place. Win rings. And you can't blame LeBron for the Heat losses, D-Wade didn't show up, Chris Bosh did little, the bench did nothing either. You can't blame one man for ah loss. Did you even see the numbers he was putting up in the finals? Without him they would've got swepted. So much hate on one man. And last years finals wasn't a fluke the Heat took it from the Spurs, they choked. So i'm guessing Ray Allen's 3 was a fluke too right? Ray Allen is the greatest 3pt shooter of all time. He's hit plenty of shots like that in his career. Well clutch shots. Im sure Reggie Miller or Larry bird would've hit too. And they had OT and a game 7. The hate is real.

You are guaranteed 48 more mins of NBA Finals. How this team play (if they win) will make know if they have any chance or not. Talent wise, Miami is easily better. If I were given this choice: Either I'd have to pack my bags and leave my home town to have a chance to go to 4 consecutive NBA championships, a chance to 3 peat, a chance to win MVP twice OR I could stay with my current team and HOPE my GM and owner surround me with better players to have a remote possibility of winning, I'd have my bags packed in a nano-second and get in that LOOOOONG ass line heading for Miami. Any player would make that choice. Lebron had a chance to make his own HISTORY or wait for someone else to try to make it for him. Personally, I'd rather make my own decision rather than trusting someone else to make it for me. Do you know how many players have WASTED their prime years waiting for a horrible GM to surround them with talent? A lot. Forget that BS! Make your own DESTINY, make your own choice and live with the results. Granted, Lebron could have left Cleveland in a more dignified manner, but I don't fault his decision one bit. Let me put it this way. Lebron could have stayed and grown with Dan Gilbert's little computer repair shop or he could have bolted and gone to Google. It's a no brainer! Win or lose, Lebron made the right move!

    I think the Heat just ran out of gas. It looked like the role players for the Heat weren't able to do anything offensively. They ran out of gas it's not easy to three peat and make it to four finals in a row. It takes a lot of energy and they just lacked it.

    Lebron has evolved into a highly exploitable system player that restricts his shot attempts in pursuit of high efficiency and never takes a lot of shots - so when he gets 28 points, he is AIMING for those points, he doesn't get HELD to those points... The defense has to leave teammates more open in order to HOLD a player to 28 pts, whereas if they know beforehand that a player will get about 28, they can play him straight up and his teammates won't be nearly as open - this has a major impact on the game and affects the entire dynamic... Accordingly, the Spurs didn't need to come off Lebron's teammates to prevent him from getting 40 or 50 because they knew his pursuit of high efficiency and resulting shot attempt restrictions make him take about the same number of shots against all but the very worst teams - this is a huge difference from Michael Jordan, who never restricted his shot attempts and could not be exploited in this fashion (the defense always had to bring help and could not stay at home on his teammates) - Jordan was always a threat to get 40 or 50 which kept the defense from staying at home... As a result of Jordan taking on this bigger load and perpetually attracting more defensive attention, Jordan's teammates were consistenly far more wide open.. Over the course of an entire season, Jordan's teams developed a level of play where teammates were more open based on the threat of him going off - this level of play was far superior to the level the Heat were able to realize against the Spurs ... The Spurs were simply able to exploit Lebron's "system" play too easily... they took advantage of Lebron's "system" of shot attempt restrictions/pursuit of high efficiency by realizing that these things prevented him from being the type of scoring threat that required helping off of his teammates - accordingly, they stayed at home and significantly reduced the impact of his supporting cast.
    like, you can't win a championship as the Jordan-Kobe type star of your team when your high in shot attempts for the series was 22 - why would the Spurs come off Lebron's teammates if his high is going to be 22 shot attempts??... I remember last year thinking "how did LeBron win the championship averaging 25ppg on 44% shooting? Jordan never got to win a championship taking that few shots and scoring that little?" - now I know how - he got lucky, and this year the Spurs were on to him, and exploited his "system" play (pursuit of high efficiency) to the max.
    Additionally, by playing "system" ball, Lebron had no chance to overcome superior coaching/a better system, because Lebron's pre-programmed 28 points was built into the Heat's "system"... since the Heat's system was inferior, Lebron's 28ppg Finals average (that was built into the system) wasn't enough - Lebron needed to break away from the "system" and take a lot more shots not only for himself, but mainly to get teammates more open... but since he hadn't been doing that all year and was married to the inferior system, it was impossible for him to change mid-series and he was doomed - his "system" approach to the game literally eliminated any impact his presence had on the game... pretty amazing considering how good everyone thinks LeBron is.. people don't realize how far he is from goat status.

    Its sounds like the spurs are the real champions and the heat can't figure out how to stop the champs. That's what usually is said when the opponent is trying to beat the champs.
    BTW..last years championship belongs to the spurs.
    GO SPURS!!!!😡

      Should have, could have , would have but didn't buddy. Remember that the game went into overtime making it a 50-50 game. Plus there was a game 7, giving the Spurs another shot at beating the Heat. I respect the Spurs and their ability to perform at a high level but give credit where its due, Miami won that title fair and square.

    • @rocketfish234
      @rocketfish234 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Wrong. The championship belonged to no one until game 7. Heat won game 7. But this is spurs winning title championship play.

    Some of you guys have short memories. Up until game 2 the Heat were neck and neck with the Spurs. Something has gone wrong. I believe that it could be the zone defense they are playing and fatigue. I think coach Spo should make the heat play man on man ball, and limit the help and trapping defense. The Spurs pass and move around too much for any zone to be effective. Miami needs to do some full court press, pass and rebound the ball better. The Spurs are not light years ahead of them in terms of skill. Game 1 and 2 show that.

    • @ran2128
      @ran2128 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      If they play man to man then there will be mismatches.. It is very evident in the point guard position. How can Mario chalmers stop tony Parker? Or Dwayne wade stop Boris diaw?

    • @wenhuigao9679
      @wenhuigao9679 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'd say heat doesn't have a rim protector so man to man May not be effective as Duncan is dominating. I think the spurs simply weren't being themselves in the first two games. Had they made the free throws, the series is over. Anyway, Lebron has to attempt more shots and Spo has to get a bosh more touches

      Bitch please you act like if it was a big game. They won by two points in game two. Only because they won doesn't mean they played great. The spurs have been winning their game by like fifteen points that's playing great so stfu acting like you know the whole fucking game of basketball.

    • @AuditoryStorytelling
      @AuditoryStorytelling 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think the Spurs want it more. Simple as that. They REMEMBER what happened last year, and they just want to win every single quarter, and will never let it slip away like they did last year. Even listening to the players after the game, they still look focused in because they know, even though they were up 3-2 last year, they still LOST. I think they are just more mentally prepared to take it this time.

Maan hek naw lebron don't got shit he is good player but not no best duncan is better than him 5 rings now that he tied with kobe em so as parker n ginobli. Also melo it's better than lebron melo at least score 62 points in a game lebron hasn't even reach 50 55 points durant it's even define great than lebron he's got 30.1 average points in reg season

    spoelstra is one of the most stupid coaches and a very POOR teacher. he has NO idea how to use Lebron. absolutely no dea. 1) It's absurd to see Lebron catching the ball 25 feet away from the basket, exerting so much energy to get by an all-defensive Leonard, when Lebron should be posting up in the paint, using his size and strength to back him up and score easy hoops?
    2) mario chalmers is obviously struggling in the entire playoffs, and especially finals, what's eric spoelstra solution? feed him more balls, let him dominate the ball more.... duh....???
    3) Lewis may be a good choice vs slow bigs like in that Indiana series and games 1~2 (Splitter), but obviously game 3, Pop had made the adjustment of starting and heavily using Diaw, why was spoelstra sticking with Lewis in game 4?? Lewis may give you some offense, but he's a huge liability on the defensive end, and he doesn't set good screens for Wade or Lebron..
    Heat solutions:
    1) Start Haslem on Duncan, push him out of the paint, preventing Duncan from raping the heat on the boards.
    2) Put Wade on Parker.
    3) Put Lebron on Diaw, real Lebron vs poorman's Lebron.
    4) bench chalmers and start Douglas on Green, put a speed guy to harrass their 3P shootings.
    5) Bosh on Leonard, Bosh's size can bother Leonard's jumpshots.
    6) Andersen should be the sixth man coming out of the bench. No more lewis...
    MOST IMPORTANTLY: Tell Lebron to keep attacking in the paint.. back against the basket!!!! duh.... what kind of stupid coach is eric spoelstra? he's dealt pocket aces in 4 finals yet won only 2?? that's unacceptable.
