The language appears to be not noticeably southern - it's very very close to what we speak in central western Germany, though the writing is sometimes different and, as with the other songs of that time you presented before, upper and lower case spelling are likewise to English; contemporary German differs a lot here.

Glad you liked it! The text was much easier to translate than the previous two with obsolete words that sometimes sounded almost Dutch.
