- hi! so, it's been a long time since I wanted to make this video, I don't think it's great but I really like the message that it tries to send
when I'm feeling sad I like to watch dan's videos, liveshows or whatever, and because of that I decided to make this video, in case you're feeling down just remember dan's words, and take a deep breath
you have one human life and it's up to you to make it the best life you can, so go for it :)

please remember that you are NOT alone, if you suffer from mental health issues please please remember you are not alone, i know its difficult but try to ask for help, start talking to a friend, a family member or a teacher or anyone that you feel comfortable talking to and can help you, you don't have to suffer and go through anything like this on your own, and trust me, it can get better. Ask for help, talk to someone, it will get better. I'm gonna link some channels/videos as well that might help, you're not alone

This is an amazing comment and I have been depressed for 3 months but got out of it not to long ago and I still deal with anxiety and I thought I was alone for a long time and my life almost ended but after reading this I know I’m not alone

I've had the worst day today. I hadn't been depressed in months and I had thought that I was finally happy. I relapsed. I got yelled at by my parents for something stupid, I couldn't handle it, I had a panic attack. I feel so horrible right now because I'm not any better than I was. Once I saw this, I burst into tears because it's literally the only thing making me feel better. Thank you, so, so much. You have no idea how much this helped me.

'You deserve it, you made it through another year' that gets me every time I watch this because I got through 2016. I never thought I would survive last year, I wanted death so much and I got through it and it's thanks to Dan and Phil. They gave me every reason to stay alive and they still do. I want to die so much recently and Dan and Phil keep giving me a reason not to. Tysm Dan and Phil for everything.
EDIT: i'm sat here in June 2018 and I am still here because of Dan and Phil, they both are so inspiring.

I was watching cute Troyler moments, then I went to cute (and sad) Phan moments, and now this is the 4th inspirational Dan video I've watched and I haven't realised until now how much I needed to hear these words
everytime he says "cause your special and your worth it." i just start crying
Sometimes i say stuff on the internet like 'oh i'm crying'... usually i'm not.
But now- I'm actually crying. Don't tell me to craft.

Dan inspires me way too much, I’ve never felt this compelled to change the negatives into positives before and I’m so thankful that dan is who he is. My mind goes to negatives but I’m trying to change that. Like he says, the world isn’t going to stop and nurture me through it so I’m going to get over whatever I have. I’m going to be happy. I’m going to live how I want. I am going to be myself. I’m going to do what I love not for anybody else. For myself. And only myself.

The fact that Dan can make me feel safe and okay and my 2 older sister (10 and 12 years older) made me feel so like shit and alone and laughed at me.
I've been depressed for about a year now and in the past two months I discovered Dan and Phil and they have helped me so much. Whenever I'm close to doing things to myself I watch their videos and they stop me. I know I will never meet Dan and Phil and they will never know who I am let alone read this comment but I want to say, thank you.
