wow nice video bro , the damage it does is incredible but I don't see it as very feasible in the long term. Try using Ice Wand (the magical item that slows down when using skills) because I see that item as very functional with its first 3s skill, those 3s of waiting are very abusive haha. When you are already strong, you could look for new options because Cici has a lot of potential to give for a very, very long time.
