      That's the fingering: 1is the index finger, 2is the major finger and so on.

    Great lesson. U can also ran this pattern in 4th 5th 6th and 7th up and down the neck

    I notice you play one way going up and another way coming back down the broken 3rds. Do you practicing going up and back down the same way and do you recommend switching the fingerings? For example Going up with the fingering you come down with & coming down using the fingering you go up with?
