This is a "Ghana-style baby room" (babies sleep in the same room with the parents). 🥰 I prefer this because to me it's the safest, compared to putting a new baby all by itself in a different room irrespective of nanny cams and what have you. Great job Derek...and Ruth you are shining.

I love that the decor isn't all princess this and princess that. It always warms my heart to see things that encourage character and values in an adorable way, so the framed forest animals really made my heart flutter. Even Summer's room encourages femininity and character development. Gosh, I love this family. 🥰
