    Please note that the mortar cannot be kept in the hose of the plastering machine for more than 15 minutes; if the hose is more than 10 meters, this time can be reduced.
    And if you need to take a break in the plastering work?
    If you need to take a break from work for more than 15 minutes, it is better to rinse the hose with water. This is done simply by turning off the mixture in the mixing zone and modifying the material in the hose, as the water goes, then the hose is flushed.
    If the process of applying the plaster is not intense, there are frequent intervals in the work?
    Also, if the work is not intensive, then you can run the plaster in the hose every 10 minutes, replacing it with a fresh one, but this is not recommended, because you do not have an alarm clock, and you can oversleep and grab the solution.
    How to understand that all the same "overslept" and the solution grabbed the hose?
    If you still dried up the solution in the hose, then when you turn on the plastering machine, there will be a heavy load on the engine and the machine will work, the red control lamp will light up. This can happen when the wedge auger pair, for example, will catch a pebble.
    Is there any overheating protection?
    Also, the machine can work if there is a load on the bunker engine, something has hit or water has previously entered and the solution has hardened under the drum. This code is clogged with a hose.
    If the automatic circuit breaker worked and the red lamp caught fire, what should I do?
    In this case, the first thing is to turn off the plastering machine from the network and let the engine cool down!
    The machine does not turn on until it cools down for at least 20 minutes.
    Then find the fault, fix it and try to start it again by turning on the automatic circuit breaker in the shield.

    What are the reasons why engines overheat?
    Most often, engines overheat for the following reasons:
    1- Main engine
    • hitting a screw pair
    • Too thick solution
    • The material is not intended for application or has low ductility. * Eliminated by disassembling the pump unit and the elimination or replacement of the screw pair
    • The solution in the hose has dried up - this means that the solution in the hose or the solution is too thick without over-movement. You can understand this by the gauge, it shows the excess pressure in the hose, in any case, you need to release the pressure using the reverse button, and only then remove the hose.
    What to do if there is a solution in the hose?
    If you have a hose clogged, in no case do not push the wheels of the truck and do not clean the fittings, the hose will be damaged.
    The solution is perfectly washed out with water.
    And if you suddenly turned off the electricity?
    Colleagues, when you turn off the electricity and flush the hose is not possible, put the ends of the hose into the water, but rather throw the whole hose into the water and it will not dry, and when given light, flush it
    2- Bunker engine-
    most often, a tool, a screwdriver or a key gets into the bunker, so do not hold anything on the bunker, then it is not noticeable in the mixture.
    If the water is collected in the bunker?
    The bunker is filled with water and the material dries out - if you have a solution in the hose, the solution does not come out and the water flows until the automatic switch on the engine overheats, and during this time the water rises, this happens because until the automatic switch from load, the water enters and does not go along with the solution and accumulates in the mixing zone, and is poured into the hopper with the material through the opening for feeding the material into the mixing zone.
    What to do if water got into the bunker?
    It is necessary to remove the material feed wheel, and clean it, as well as the bunker.

    А будет ли работать машина, если в смесь добавлять древесные опилки или стружку?
