This little one is terrified, please watch the documentary about monkey business, it will enlighten you.

This animals instinct is to hold tightly onto its mother but was obviously taken away from her (another reason why its sucking its thumb). Its next instinct is to make enough noise till another adult comes to pick it up so the wee thing is not only terrified its confused.
