This and how I met your mother are the 2 shows I've re-watched the most times so this is gonna be really good. Howard has some amazing character development
10:48 - *... Who needs "Perverts Across the World" when you have Howard Wolowitz!?* 🤣🤣👍 11:25 - *Howard is indeed the character that the most people (Both fans and critics alike) have always had the most difficulty in coming to appreciate/love on the show... But no matter how long or quick it takes to get there: Everyone gets to that point where you just can't see the show without him and learn to appreciate who and what he is! (He GROWS on you: Like a FUNGUS!... A "Happiness inducing" fungus; not the poisonous kind!)* 😅
I know what you mean. They used to show reruns of this a lot on tv right before himym in the afternoon so I sometimes saw the end of an ep tuning in to watch himym and I started out thinking "wow this is weird I'll never watch this one" until one day I watched a bit more than just a scene. Tbf I had a similar situation with himym when they had reruns of that before Scrubs 😆
As someone with Social anxiety... Alcohol works wonders. It would take more like half a dozen drinks to get me singing Kareoke but Sheldon is a scarecrow, lightweight. Alcohol only rents a good time though, you pay for the fun later.
Interestingly, Big Bang creator Chuck Lorre was already a recovering alcoholic when he wrote this, but despite what I'm sure were many harrowing and horrific experiences that brought him to AA, he never got over that peculiar mindset that liquor is some magical elixir that solves all problems, but never causes any. (He also helmed the series Mom (2013-2021) starring Oscar-winner Alison Janney; it was all about the lives of six women who became friends through AA.Excellent show.)

one recomendation for you is to leave the audio playing when you are not showing the screen, its kinda of a cheat because we all seen the show and only audio is enough for us to know what you are reacting to
I was trying to edit with my face in a circle and episode full screen, but kept getting blocked so the reason for all the cut off went back to the old way
Episode 12&13 over at patreon tonight

Episode 8 was a great one
Glad you're enjoying the show more than you thought you would!
howard is the character with the biggest Curve... but you definitely must watch his character for several years..
Drunk Sheldon is great , please move the microphone closer to you. Greetings from Hungary.
The more you watch and get to know them, the better the series gets.

The show gets better as the seasons go on. Seasons 6 and 7 are probably my favorite. Howard gets way better after season 3 or so.
